Poderia ser excelente, mas já na entrada forte odor de urina, o chuveiro do quarto estava queimado, cortina do box cheia de bolor, ar condicionado que acredito que nunca foi higienizado, lençol com um buraco queimado, criado desmontando, a janela da cozinha suja, trinca no piso,nas paredes da cozinha e do quarto, cheias de teia de aranha, sem contar a gambiarra da ligação do microondas super perigosa. Sem contar que no andar de cima tem um banheiro onde a água do box cai direto atrás da parede da cozinha, não sei se a tubulação está quebrada ou não tem tubulação de esgoto. Não encontrei nenhum extintor de incêndio. A proprietária não aparece no local, na folga da recepcionista ficamos completamente sozinhos. Mesa e cadeira branca da cozinha estava na encardidos.
