We had such an amazing family vacation at Alexandra Resort! Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but this resort made everything so easy and enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was perfect for us—plenty of food options that worked for both adults and children, tasty snacks available throughout the day, and fun drinks for everyone.
The beach at Grace Bay is breathtaking and safe for kids, with calm, clear water and soft sand. We never had trouble finding chairs and umbrellas, and the staff were always nearby to help. The pool was also a big hit with the kids, and we loved that there were activities and entertainment that kept the whole family engaged.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with enough space for everyone to relax after a long day in the sun. What really stood out was how warm and friendly the staff were—not only to us but especially to our kids.GLORIA, ANGELA, and SONISE were amazing with their service and made sure that we were comfortable the duration of our stay. They made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
Alexandra Resort truly made our family trip stress-free and memorable. If you’re traveling with kids and want a beautiful, relaxing, and family-friendly place in Turks and Caicos, this is the resort to choose. We can’t wait to return!
Whole family had fun at Alexandra. Our first all inclusive experience. Great pool and little satellite bars and places to grab food. Restaurants were better than average and entertainment was surprisingly fun and well produced. Some of the activities seemed like they ran more on island time but that's probably to be expected. We liked being able to go to the Blue Haven and share their amenities, but Fire and Ice was a bit underwhelming. Beach area was large and could always find a seat. Our room was the biggest drawback. Although a nice spot overlooking the pool, there was a very strong sulfuric smell emanating from the wash closet. Maintenance came by to spray some disinfectant in the vents but that didn't do much.
Had an amazing experience at this resort. Kaelin and Koby at the pool bar were AMAZING. Cheeky, Razor, Sqac, Barbie made us all feel like family. A big shout out to Cheeky for making my sister’s birthday celebration happen. The food was all pretty good but lunch with Miss Sylvie was the best food we ate the whole time we were there!!! Also love the option to go to the other resort. Natalie at the Blue Haven was great time and an awesome bar tender ❤️ Can’t wait to go back 😊

Reviews
The Alexandra Resort - All Inclusive in Turks and Caicos is highly praised by visitors for its beautiful property with a boutique feel, incredible food options, and attentive staff. Guests enjoyed the beach amenities like comfortable furniture and umbrellas providing ample shade, as well as fun activities such as a water trampoline. While some mentioned issues with cold pool water and the lack of hot tubs, overall, the resort's cleanliness, clear waters, fine sand beaches, engaging entertainment group members like Cheeky, and exceptional service from staff members like Milan and Chama left a positive impression on guests. However, there were reports of illness affecting multiple guests during their stay.

My wife and I booked this resort to celebrate Both our Birthday. It is not Cancun but it was very nice. The beach was fantastic !!! Walked on the beach for hours everyday. Got the chance to relax. The employees were very friendly. The food and drinks were very good. Entertainment a lot of fun. Guest were very nice. I would like to mention that the night restaurant manager Andre from Colombia and the day restaurant manager Margine from Costa Rica went out of their way to make us feel special during the whole week. I would go back again. Thank you
After staying here for a week, I would say it doesn’t live up to the hype. Service is a 6/10, most of the times the servers in the morning were miserable. The food was not great. Portions were too small and lacked a lot of flavour. The rooms are quite small and not what was advertised at all. The concierge / reception were pretty much useless. They cancelled a on the beach dinner that we had and didn’t think to let us know or arrange for something inside which made absolutely no sense. They gave us a hard time pretty much the whole trip. They also had construction in a room where people are staying in which makes no sense. There is a lot that needs to be corrected and looked at, at this resort. Not worth the price at all!
The only good thing to come out of this trip is that the beach is beautiful and Sylvie (the cook for Irie Grill Restaurant I believe), was amazing. She was such a sweet person and made amazing food. We will definitely miss her and her cooking.
