Great Location! Beautiful building design. Rooms kept clean. However, the rooms are old. There is no good way to charge your devices as plugs are few and on the floor level.
Very bad service, we had no wifi all night!! We told the receptionist and she did nothing, the only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast, very nice but when we arrived the bed wasn't even made in the room, they made it when we were already settled in, horrible for the price. We went with a minor (17 years old) and they understood that she was a baby, they didn't even consult us, and that's why they changed rooms, and we had to pay extra to change places. There was only one television in the bar and you couldn't watch a single game, people were fighting over who put different soccer teams on, and in the rooms you had to pay extra to put basic services that should already be included in the price we paid, I would never recommend it. Very bad really, I didn't expect this from the Sheraton Hotel.

The staff is really friendly. The room is great. It’s very convenient too. It’s close to the beach. It has a pool. The breakfast buffet is good. It’s a good place to stay if you’re in Mar del Plata.
Extremely expensive for what it is. The price is not justified. Meeting rooms are over priced. It takes forever to check out. The charge you 7 different deposits for a stay, then recharge you, then charge you again for the rooms, and at the end the amount paid doesn't even match with the invoice. Just very inefficient. The rest was great, clean rooms (quite old school though), very good location, courteous staff.
