My daughter and I have been using this amazing service since 2016 and we absolutely love it. We can always depend on this service to get us from point A to point B. The drivers are the best, they are friendly, helpful and professional.
I would love to give 5 stars for drivers but the lady in the office is not kind. I’ve been using this for a year or 2 years and I was hesitate to say that for a long time though. I think a lot of international students who speaks English as the second language, using this bus; I hope there was more understanding toward broken English.thank you always, I really appreciate your work
The office person Sherry is a wonderful delight to talk to. The driver I had with blonde hair and an older lady was very to me.

A service that the community depends on is handled by staff that are extremely rude and disrespectful making it difficult to coordinate rides, making it not possible to ride to get to appointments and events. They ask who it is before tell you if there is availability. I addressed my concerns about how they were navigating availability. I then have been told they are booked after asking my name.
