We enjoyed our accommodations at this hotel, it was quiet, beautiful mountain views, great breakfast and great hospitality by Jaqueline, Ivan and son Paulo, they are great people. I will definitely come back and enjoy the clean rooms and hot showers and good pizza and drink with Don Ivan!

We picked this place after attempting to get to another place that we could not find. However, as we arrived I knew it was for the best because a rainbow was above our heads the moment we got out of our car. The double room was efficient and the breakfast was delicious. Anyway, the place was perfect for us.
Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast included in the price. Pool was functional but not the Sauna and Hot tub when we were there. First night was very quiet but the second night there was more noise in the neighborhood. Hot water in showers but it's a bit of a pain the get it to work right. Overall very comfortable though.

The outside common area is great, the rooms are nice, and the staff was very helpful (they even helped arrange a zip line tour for us). The pizza is great too.
The owners of this hotel charge insane prices for both their rooms and food and try to take advantage of visitors to Banos at every turn. Disappointing.
