Classes 57, 58, 59, and 60 are done, and sadly, Sur La Table has decided to close this location.
Chefs Dom, Justine, and Anise are treasures who will be missed as they continue their adventures.
Class 56 was a great follow-up with Chef Justine and Holiday Baking Essentials! Mini bundt cakes, a wicked pumpkin roulade, the first time making one, and Parker house rolls.
Our team had the best end product, and all other teams used our treats for pictures.
Class 55 was great. Chef Justine showed the class how to make All things Pumpkin and all three dishes were tasty!
If you're scared of making a soufflé, Chef Justine took the mystery out of how to make a perfect soufflé!
Class 54 with fantastic Chef Anais on making Croissants was terrific! I've taken the course before, but Chef Anais made the process seem so much easier! Chef Dom was right; Chef Anais is the "Croissant Savant"!
Class 53 is in the books, and it was a beast! This class, Touring Southeast Asia, will put your skills to the test and help you develop new ones while you make killer food; don't worry too much; Chef Dom will help you through it. The Bánh Xéo, crispy Vietnamese crépes, and dipping sauce was GREAT.
Class 52, led by the exceptional Chef Dom, was a resounding success! The taste of Morocco we experienced was not only delicious but also surprisingly easy to recreate. The simple yet flavorful orange and olive salad was a refreshing delight, and the roasted chicken was truly out of this world.
Sur la Table, I'm not sure how you keep phenomenal Chefs like Dom, Tiore, and Daniela, but they are GOLD!
Class 50 is done and has become my favorite of all of them. Chef Dom, once again, delivered a fantastic experience, and the food was GREAT! The bourbon brown-sugar baby back ribs were awesome, and the bar-b-q source should be bottled and sold! The coleslaw, grilled potato salad, and strawberry shortcake added to the already great meal.
Class 49 in the books! Nashville Hot fried chicken and Chef Dom, as always, was GREAT!
Took class 48 a few days ago, Savoring Spain, and Chef Dom was fantastic!
I've taken 47 classes so far and keep going back for more! I keep taking classes not just to learn a new recipe but also new techniques that I can use on other dishes. Chef Dom is fantastic and always finds ways to make the recipes better and the classes fun!
