Our experience at Hotel Utane was truly exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish exceeding our expectations. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Very good experience and very friendly stuff. We stayed for 3 nights, they picked up us from the airport and also bringed us back. They give us a welcome drink and organised a tour with a tuktuk driver for two hours in Leticia and Tabatinga. Must mention the driver show us every possible spot where we can take good pictures 📸 and also to port if Tabatinga where we tried Antarctica beer🍺. So we booked 1h30min more for 45.000 and he bring us to mirador in Tabatinga and to Zoo where we so a lot of animals. The hotel also organised us 2 tours (Puerto Nariño and la aldea in Peru) the tours were provided from the agency amazonas extremo which was not bad so totally recommended. The breakfast and the dinner were really really tasty. Thanks Hotel Utuane for the Wonderful experience😊
Amazing staff. Everybody was very welcoming and warm. Costumer service couldn’t be any better. Every detail in the hotel is dedicated to nature. There’s so much nature around. We even fed the monkeys!!! 100% recommended!!!

- For dinner or lunch at the hotel, request it in advance for arrangements such as taxi or tuk tuk services or tour bookings through Amazon river villages.

- Despite no air conditioning but fans provided in bungalows; expect animal sounds at night immersing you into the jungle ambiance.
- Water pressure may be low with cold temperature showers due to hot and humid weather.

Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Internet connection was not good, but if you are going to the Amazons, why need wifi? Lol
