Visited not a hotel but like a museum of HLBM foundation.
The Hjalmar Lundbohm estate was built for the first CEO of the mining company LKAB between 1895 and 1909. It was moved to Luossavaara in sections to allow for the expansion of the mine in 2017. It is now administered by an association and serves as a museum and a café with possibilities to organize larger festivities. It's interesting to see how simply one of the more powerful men of its time lived.

This is one of about 2 things to see in/around Old Kiruna. It’s interesting to visit if you’re killing time. But to provide some context to all the reviews calling it “the best fikka in Kiruna”…. it’s really the only fikka in Kiruna…. all of the restaurants in town are either pizza, burgers, or Thai. This place offers limited toasts, belgian waffles, and salads, with self-serve pots of coffee.
Simple but good and affordable food. Don’t expect a cozy atmosphere, but it is cool to eat in such an historic atmosphere
