The dreamiest hotel with a wonderful restaurant on premise! We also went to the vineyard next door and there was a happy hour glass of wine as well, it’s a beautiful property. The dinner was very vegetarian friendly, as well. The suite was huge and clean and comfortable. It’s a great home base for exploring the area.
Grossly overcharged by booking.com when hotel had a May-June promo for almost half the price advertised all over the lobby. Not worth $430 CAD per night in winter when one can't use the pool, no smart TV and very basic amenities. Very disappointing.
Very nice property, but about a 20 minute walk to not town. WiFi is hit and miss in some rooms. Connected to a winery. We had a tasting and tour that was great. Beautiful property and pool. Rooms are rustic but very comfortable. Good breakfast selection.

Unfortunately, this hotel has lost its mojo. Despite a turbulent stay last year, we decided to give it another try this year due to the stunning location and property. While the property is gorgeous, the service is just terrible, absent and below every critic. No matter where you turn, would it be breakfast service, pool area bar service, dinner experience- it’s just bad. Very long waiting times, wrong orders, poorly cooked food, ignoring messages, not cleaning the room properly so on and so forth. Pity, because the real estate is marvelous. Btw- for the love of god please give your fancy barista coffee machine a proper clean. The coffee tastes like 5 years of dirt, melted plastic pipes and burned bitter trash.
P.S. last year during our stay hotel was setting up for some wedding or similar event. No one paid attention to the guests, there was huge noise because of setting up stage tent. They didn’t have the audacity to inform the guests and help to ensure that current paying guests still have a proper experience.
