I recently visited the newly expanded tasting room of Dripping Springs Distilling, which hosted an impressive grand opening. The experience was incredible, as I indulged in a delightful French 75 and Strawberry Vodka. To complement my drinks, I ordered chips, salsa, corn bread muffins, and bacon biscuits—all of which were excellent. Particularly noteworthy was the spicy cornbread. Children were also well taken care of with soda and popsicles available for them to enjoy while exploring the spacious venue.Why you should go

An amazing place!!! Took the 90 minutes drive out to enjoy some food and drinks. The drinks and food were amazing. The service incredible. Well worth the visit. Arrive around 3:30, by 6pm it was hopping!!!! Great for families and a date night.
This place is great when the weather is nice. Lots of shaded areas and a covered outdoor patio. They allow dogs, just not inside. There’s usually live music and I recommend going during one of their events. We went to their lavender launch party and loved the season cocktails. Tons of merchandise and bottles for purchase inside. They have a small food menu, but it’s nothing to rave about and I’d only go for snacks there and just enjoy the drinks/ambience.
Drove an hour out to Dripping Springs Distilling for their tour & tasting—and it was 100% worth it. The property is beautiful, and the distillery tour was both fun and informative. Our guide was funny, talkative, and super knowledgeable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Got to sample a great variety of their small-batch vodka, gin, and bourbon—and it’s easy to see why they’re the only distillery in Texas to win a major award. If you're visiting Dripping Springs, this place is a must-stop. Savor the drinks and the laid-back Texas vibes!

Exceptional drinks and pizza! Every draft drink we tried was amazing, and the happy hour prices made it even better. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food and drinks. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!
We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here and we could not have loved it more! Ann & the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The venue space is gorgeous and the food was delicious! Not to mention, the bartender was friendly and quick with the drinks. This could have been a stressful evening, but Dripping Springs Distilling made it easy & it was everything we hoped it to be! I highly recommend having your next event here.
