This was a perfect stay for me. The room was comfortable, very tastefully designed, and got the details right like hand and face towels, shower products including conditioner, beautiful lighting, and a modern kitchenette was a huge bonus! It was quiet yet very well located in the historic center. The breakfasts were just delightful both because of how delicious and nourishing they were but also because Franco is an amazing host; warm, caring, ensuring I had everything needed and a joy to be around. And those cappuccinos!
This was my favourite stay in Ecuador! The place is amazing and at a walking distance from all the attractions. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the coffee were excellent too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and i will book it again when i'll be back in Cuenca.

Location: It is very convenient/easy to reach the important places of the city from the hotel, mostly walking distance.
Cleanliness: It was very well organized and kept clean all the time.
Comfort: The bed and other amenities of the room were suffice to feel comfortable.
Service: Franco and the others were attentive to make us served well.
Others: it has a beautiful patio to spend time. They served a breakfast to start a good day. They have a good coffee. Probably I will stay there again if I go to Cuenca again.
I stayed a month in one of these rooms and it was perfect. Quiet, cozy, and just a few minutes walk from downtown. If you're looking for a place to stay in cuenca i wouñd definitely recommend you check out casa rosada
