Wilson-Bates Appliance & Furniture SuperStore - Twin Falls, ID

This is the 3rd time we dealt with Wilson Bates and honestly they're amazing. A few years ago we bought a couch and love seat and when they brought it over, it was huge and ugly in my house. We reordered and those delivery guys were awesome. That was also too big but we kept it. And over Halloween we bought a smaller perfect couch and loveseat. Upon delivery, the loveseat had a hole. The delivery guy took pictures and called Jose. Today they came and got it. Replaced the whole back and brought it back. 🙂 Aubrey our salesperson was a sweetheart and the Jose and the delivery guys were truly kind, fun and amazing. Very happy customer

My experience at Wilson bates has been the worst!! I purchased a brand new washer and dryer from them and not even a week went when it stopped working I call them all they said they could not do anything about it that It had to be serviced but no one come out here and services those and I clearly asked those kinds of questioned before buying them the most expensive ones. All they wanted was their damn commission they don’t care about customer service. now am stuck with a one week old broken washer and they don’t give a damn all they wanted was my money and their commission.

I've been buying a lot of stuff here for ages, and I remember paying over 3 grand for a TV. Now, things have changed, man. Like, before you could just buy whatever you wanted with a 20% on price you buy, but now they're checking your credit, which is a total dealbreaker. If I'd known, I wouldn't have let them check it. Bad credit, you're screwed. Good credit, you can buy anything, but who's gonna buy here with good credit? The TV I was looking at is like $1300 plus tax, and the same TV at Best Buy is only a $1000 Appliances lowes everything is cheaper furniture you can order true ashley furniture you need good credit. What the hell you guys checking credit for and come in and make a payments in store account

There’s time to change this review. For now I’m leaving one star. I spent $800 on a washer today, went to grab a truck to take it home. I came back and the washer was ready in the back of the store. The employees helped load it no problem. We get home, unload the washer and are in the process of setting it up only to find that the hoses that were in the washer at the store, are now missing. I will be returning expeditiously tomorrow if I do not get my hoses. I did not spend $800 to have to go and purchase those separately and if they were not included, then they shouldn’t be inside the washer as customers are looking at appliances and it should have been mentioned upon purchasing. I am full on expecting the missing pieces to my washer and a phone call tomorrow morning.
