Mon Ing Dao is a charming resort nestled on tiered grounds, offering picturesque mountain views and various accommodation options such as cabins and tents. The resort provides a cozy retreat, especially in December when the temperature drops to around 12°C, creating a chilly yet enchanting atmosphere. Guests can indulge in delicious dining experiences at the onsite cafe and restaurant, enjoying delectable meals while admiring the stunning vistas.

A perfect experience 🙏🏻
We came to Mon Ing Dao for one night, everything was so perfect and amazing 🙏🏻
We had the VIP dome (room) for a couple and we paid 4000 baht for it, the breakfast and some extra treats was included in the price. There was a restaurant nearby, and you can order the food to your room as well. Lunch and dinner were not included and we paid for them separately.
The meals were a bit small for us, so take this for your consideration :)
The staff was very patient and nice, they did not know English but we were able to communicate with google translate 😂.
The VIP dome hade everything we needed:
Air-conditioned room, bathrobes, towels, soaps, shampoos, kettle, there were even slippers and soap for the bathtub that was outside.
By the way- the price for the VIP dome was higher because of the extra space and the bathtub, it was totally worth it! The experience of taking a bath at such an amazing place was out of this world!!!! Recommend for couples ❤️
Pay attention!
We were there in November and it is super chilly at night (17°C) , bring some warm clothes ☺️🙏🏻
Hope you will enjoy there ❤️❤️
The staff are friendly and helpful. They delivered my breakfast on time. I love the experience of having mookata outdoors. Waking up in the morning with beautiful scenery is just amazing.
I visited this restaurant briefly while passing through, and this review is only about the restaurant located within the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing for several reasons.
First, I specifically asked for a non-spicy Tom Yum and clearly emphasized it. Despite that, they brought me a spicy version. When I asked to have it replaced, the waiter said it wasn’t possible. Only after I went to the information counter did they agree to remake the dish.
Second, the Tom Yum itself was very poor in quality — it had just a few shrimp, and most of them were just shrimp heads.
Third, the restaurant was full of flies, and the staff made no effort to improve the situation. There were no fans, no fly traps, and overall, no concern for hygiene. This is especially alarming given that the restroom is located directly below the restaurant on the ground floor, raising concerns about cleanliness and potential health risks.
I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.

The rooms were smaller in size but comfortable. The views from the room were great. There is ample parking at the location and one can park just outside the room. The included breakfast was nice and the service was great.
“Mon Jam is a serene haven where misty mountains embrace the horizon in quiet grace.
“A peaceful retreat above Chiang Mai, where time slows and nature softly cradles the soul.”
