The most beautiful hotel in the region, a great blend of a nice view, and a beautiful hotel. Great space to go with kids or large families. The service is nice enough without being too much, but you get the feeling that such a nice place deserves a different touch. The cost benefit is a fit!
The view and the outstanding architecture are second to none, and the 2-story bedroom is really classy, with 2 balconies and a nice fireplace. The rest, though, isn't up to standard: the decoration is extremelly old and unfitting for such an expensive hotel. The staff while friendly, needs a more professional training, and the breakfast is disappointing, even if generally good.
Beautiful, cosy hotel. The rooms are big, clean and so cosy. The breakfast is delicious, there are many options in the catering service. But this is a little distant from downtown ( good if you are looking for privacy and rest)

Take your winter clothes, The room was freezing and the only heating was a log burner. Fantastic view.
Nice place, the local is between center of the city to pick of Itapeva , in the middle of the mountain. There are many places inside the Hotel like pool, meeting rooms and amazing views to the mountain and city.
