Reviews
The Samsun Clock Tower, built in 1886 by Abdulhamid II and reconstructed later by the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, is a visually beautiful historical monument that adds charm to the city. Despite facing destruction multiple times, it stands as a representative historical clock tower with significant cultural importance. While surrounded by modern buildings, it remains a must-see attraction and one of the most important works of its period.

(Translated by Google) There used to be a historical clock tower but it was destroyed many times so it can be called a representative historical clock tower rather than a historical one. You can't come just to see this, there are many more places to visit in the area so let me give you some historical information about the tower: It was built by a French engineer of Belgian origin upon the order of Abdulhamid II in honor of the 10th anniversary of his accession to the throne.

Abdülhamid'in emriyle tahta çıkışının 10.cu yılı şerefine Belçika asıllı bi Fransız mühendis tarafından yapılmıştır.
