A real gem, definitely worth a visit. This Indian restaurant is absolutely exceptional. Beautiful premises with a lovely atmosphere. Good guidance in the different specialties on the menu meant that together with the hostess we were able to compose an exquisite meal far above average. All the dishes were of high class and the different flavors were well balanced. An Indian taste experience in Hua Hin. Thank you very much for a lovely evening.

I love Indian food so much that I always look for Indian restaurants wherever I go. This particular restaurant stood out with its excellent atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding customer service—it has become one of my favourites. The staff spoke English very well and took the time to explain each dish and its ingredients in great detail, which we really appreciated, especially since we prefer milder curries without too many strong spices. Their attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend this restaurant if you would like to try indian food for the first time.

First time trying Indian food. The taste is very good. Every menu is delicious. The staff gave good recommendations, taught how to eat, and explained the ingredients in the drink menu. Very impressed. If I have a chance, I will come back to eat again and will definitely tell others.

The space is elegantly decorated with a warm, modern take on Indian motifs—inviting yet refined, with carefully set tables and a peaceful ambiance that allows the food to take center stage. The meal started on a high note with crispy pani puri, served with vibrant shot glasses of chutney—sweet, tangy, and spicy in all the right ways. The murgh tandoor arrived beautifully charred and juicy, accompanied by a fresh cabbage slaw and mint chutney that brought brightness to the dish. The mango lassi was rich and cooling, perfectly balanced between creamy and tart. Among the mains, the chicken tikka masala was a standout, silky and robust with a well-balanced tomato-based sauce. The butter chicken offered a slightly creamier, more indulgent profile without tipping into cloying sweetness. For those who prefer deeper spice layers, the lamb rogan josh was aromatic and beautifully cooked, with a rich, slow-cooked consistency that delivered both comfort and complexity. The palak paneer was another highlight, smooth and subtly spiced with generous cubes of fresh paneer and a fragrant tempering of chili and garlic. Vegetarian options were treated with equal care. The aloo gobi was hearty, rustic, and warmly spiced, with cauliflower and potatoes cooked to just the right texture. The raita, though often overlooked in many places, was fresh, lightly seasoned, and cooling—just what was needed alongside the richer curries. The matar pulao was a wonderful complement, with fluffy basmati rice, sweet peas, and toasted cumin offering texture and balance. The garlic naan was blistered and fragrant, excellent for mopping up the sauces. To end the meal, the gulab jamun came warm and syrup-soaked, with a satisfying softness and just the right level of sweetness—comforting without being overwhelming. Service was attentive and professional throughout, with a genuine warmth from the staff that added to the overall experience. Portion sizes were generous but not excessive, and the plating across dishes was thoughtful and clean. Mukti succeeds in delivering both authenticity and elegance, making it one of the most compelling Indian dining options in Hua Hin. It's a place where the flavours are deep, the environment is serene, and every dish feels like it has been prepared with intention. A memorable meal well worth returning for and huge contrast to the disappointing dinner were had at Indian Hut Restaurant in Hua Hin a few days ago.

We were so happy to find a place worthy of it's reviews. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and they were still unbelievably happy and helpful and the service was fantastic. Food was wonderful especially the poppadoms and biryani, we were recommended The lamb Rogan Josh but we wished we got a jalfrezi or something a little spicier. I think the Rogan Josh could do with a few pieces of onion and pepper but still delicious. Definitely recommend this place.
