Nice view of the city, but the surrounding area is not very nice, a bit neglected.
You can get there by taxi or walking. We weren’t lucky and had bad weather. I am sure it would be nice when is sunny.

if u are already in Chachapoyas there is no reason to miss it. very nice
You get to see the chachapoyas city from here but it's OK not a big wow
