Fabulous hotel in the best possible location in Kaliningrad close to all the main attractions and lots of great restaurants especially the one next door. The hotel was so comfortable in every way. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially getting up early so I could check out. Also they were able to reserve a room without any credit card guarantee on account of the sanctions.

I used this hotel for me and my friends many times in past, but i stopped due to soviet mentality of managment. I booked hotel (was only non-refundable option) on friday over booking, since my friend couldn't come i politetly asked the dates for future to keep my payment as deposit which is in Europe normal and helpfull, but they didnt agree. Greednes of 60 EUR, idiotic explanations at reception. Business way and treating customer from 90s. So i will not recommend this hotel anymore.

Из плюсов-отличное расположение в центре Рыбной деревни, красивый вид из окна на реку, есть лифт. Завтрак неплохой,есть игристое, но мало мест в ресторане, бывают очереди. Из минусов:плохо работающий полотенцесушитель, попали под ливень, вещи не высохли вообще. Ужасно узкая кровать, спать невозможно, в номере мало розеток, звукоизоляция плохая, спала в берушах и всё равно слышала шум из соседнего номера. Жуткая картина на стене. Второй раз сама бы не забронировала.
