Qasa by Nomad Hotels Groupe offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable king-size beds. The staff is known for being extremely helpful, and the cocktail bar is a great place to unwind. However, there have been instances where the hotel hosted events that caused noise disturbances for some guests. Despite this, many appreciate the attention to detail at the hotel, such as personalized letters from the CEO and thoughtful bedtime cookies made in-house. Luxury without the price tag. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, very close to the city square and many tourist attractions. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious food. The tour agency that is located in the hotel was a plus. Amazing experience overall.
This is the poorest and lowest service we got during our entire stay in Peru.
From the moment that we arrive: we felt that we are bothering the staff. Not a single smile in our stay and a lot of attitude from the girl at the entrance. It is annoying.
Breakfast has almost no options available and is very small. On the day, we left. I ordered breakfast the day before to ensure it is ready by 7.00 AM as we have a flight to catch. The next day, no one is aware of anything. The girl at the entrance didn't pass on my message. We had to miss it as it takes about 40 minutes for the staff to put bread and marmelade on a plate. I could not put zero for the service so I give 1 star but it is really worth less than 0.
It was all a bad experience as you do not feel welcome at any time. This is an hotel I won't recommend as the environment is poor. We did not enjoy our stay at all. You have better options elsewhere.
Beds are too small for tall people so you won't sleep well.
A good experience is made by its people. If your staff is not happy to work there, please go work somewhere else as it impacts the guests.
This hotel won't stay long in business with this level of poor service and attention. The hotel is empty - this says a lot.
It’s 10:16pm as I’m writing this and the sound of the bass and music from the club on the top floor is absurd! No where in the listing does it say they had a disco right above our heads.
Also when we arrived there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and they seemed bothered when we wondered inside to get someone’s attention.
The only positive is that the rooms were nice. No air conditioning at all though. With service like this, the hotel won’t last long. Breakfast was horrible as well.

It's weird to read the 1 star reviews and wonder how they had such a completely different experience than myself and my family. A lot of their complaints sound like it could stem from a language barrier and lack of understanding. Anyways, my stay at QASA was completely different.
My family and I stayed at QASA for four days and we were welcomed by helpful and kind staff. The front desk let us check in early without any extra charge since we had an early flight and just wanted to relax before hitting the city. They were kind in explaining how the free tea service was set up and that our breakfast was included every morning in their restaurant. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds super comfy. The night maids even left us cookies as a sweet treat before bed.
The breakfast was amazing honestly. Yeah it did take a little longer than we Americans are used to. But to be honest, they're a small kitchen with a small staff so I can understand why it took a little longer. We just adjusted our time to make sure we had an hour to eat. No biggie. They brought out extra treats for us while we waited and the fresh squeezed juice from the local in season fruit that day was RIQUISIMO. We ate here every morning trying different items. And the menu was very diverse. Something for everyone's taste. Eggs, avocado toast, avoine and fresh fruit and nuts, a version of a french toast that my mom and abuelita adored. And everything was included.
The hotel is very modern. Only a couple years since they've opened. Clean, new, bright. The outdoor seating area I frequented a lot to read during my down time because the weather was immaculate. They have a rooftop restaurant and bar that we also enjoyed. Honestly, this was an amazing stay for us.
I hope those of you considering this hotel will also read my review. The staff was so great to us, they deserve their credit.
Great hotel, well located, less than 5 minutes from Plaza de Armas. The room is very comfortable and nice.
The only thing to improve is the breakfast : you need to pay extra to get an extra bread with marmelade… very surprising for an hotel of this standing. Otherwise everything was perfect !
