Great authentic Italian restaurant. Excellent food, wines and service.

We loved this restaurant. Inhad risotto which was exactly like in Italy little harder. It is hard to find such good Italian restaurant in Fortaleza. Our garson was Filipe I liked very much is attitude and atmosphere

Loved the duck that they served here. They adjusted the temperature just right for my grandpa and the server was kind. I had pasta with duck and had some of the fish balls I think for appetizer and overall just a good restaurant. Not the best though

The worst food of any restaurants I have been in Fortaleza . the tuna appetizer was tasteless .the Fritto wad almost no seafood .my rack of lamb was a fake rack of lamb 4 bones with different tipe of meat attached my girlfriend tuna was tasteless the only good thing was the knowledge of the wine Stewart very knowledgeable and professional .they definitely don't deserve another visit

Our night was made even better thanks to Lucas, our waiter, whose service was impeccable. Attentive without being intrusive, he anticipated our needs, offered excellent menu suggestions, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the night. The food, crafted by the talented chef, was simply outstanding. Each dish showcased flavors that were both rich and nuanced, yet with a lightness that kept every bite satisfying and fresh. It’s rare to find cuisine that balances depth of taste with such delicacy, and DOC Trattoria has perfected it. From the first appetizer to the last bite of dessert, everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Overall, DOC Trattoria delivers not only exceptional food but also an atmosphere and level of service that make it truly stand out.
