I ordered the €70 plate with various tastings, 4 oysters, 6 shrimp, a fried crab, tuna tartare, and salmon eggs. The salmon eggs were fake, I asked what they were, to know what I was eating, and the kitchen responded that they were eggs from another species of fish. They apologized and kindly offered 2 glasses of wine. The problem is not the price, even if that way that plate wasn't worth €70, but if you serve me fake eggs, obviously made with the spherification of some liquid, instead of the real eggs that are on the menu, and I ask you "can I know what they are?" because I want to know what I'm eating is made of, and the chef, instead of explaining to me what it is, how it's made, where it comes from, which I would have appreciated and respected, sends the waitress to tell me that they are eggs from another fish... So you're making fun of me, twice, when you bring them to me, and when you lie. And I don't like being made fun of when I go out to spend my money for dinner. I'm sorry to give this rating, because the oysters were fresh and good, and also the mussels and churros, cooked very well. Some hesitation about the wine, the French white that was suggested as an alternative to the one I had chosen was good, even if when you propose an alternative wine, if it costs more than the one chosen, it should be said at the table, especially if you present it as Italian and it is French. And when I order two glasses of something to accompany dessert, if you serve me two glasses of dessert wine for €17, they should be poured at the table and shown the bottle. Nice place, good food, service and attitude can improve.
