Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

As a VIP guest of the Pinnacle Hotel Lobby Restaurant, which is conveniently located near my home, I've been a loyal patron since the restaurant first opened. I often bring friends and family here because of the great ambiance and delicious food. However, about two years ago, I noticed a decline in quality. The food tasted off, and the prices were still quite high. I even bought two meal vouchers for Easter once, but the experience was so disappointing that I decided to stop going. Recently, about two months ago, I gave it another try due to a special occasion, and I was genuinely surprised by the improvement. The ambiance was just as lovely as before, the staff was professional and friendly, and the food was delicious again. I found out they have a new manager who has really turned things around, and the service staff, even though they’re new, were fantastic. I’m now happy to support this restaurant again and will continue to do so, especially since it’s local. I definitely recommend it to my neighbors. The prime rib was absolutely delicious and a significant improvement from previous visits. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the overall quality of the food and service was top-notch. It’s clear that a lot of effort has been put into training the team, and it truly shows.
