The staff makes you feel special while assuring you get a feeling that your at Home during your stay. we stayed for 6 Nights and the Staff made us feel like we were always there as if it was our first Day. I cannot explain in words how caring, kind, and thoughtful the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City Staff is to their customers. We look forward to bringing other family members here in the future so they can experience D.C. in the best way.

The only piece of feedback I can provide is I wish the mini fridge was upgraded. It is only utilized as a mini bar and you are not allowed to use it to keep personal food/drinks cool.

Having said that a lot of things were just not to the standard we expected from a 5-star luxury hotel where guests could enjoy a break. As an example there were no bedroom slippers and after repeated enquiries we were told they had run out of them!! Then we had a leaking shower door in our bathroom and the hospitality crew never cleaned up the trash bins on their daily visits. The rooms clearly need to be upgraded. See the image I have included here where one of the closets roofs has broken and a plank was dangerously positioned that was not fixed by theiraintenance staff. We only asked to move to an equivalent room but were given a generous upgrade without asking, complaining, or expecting it. Delightful Globalist Breakfast at Blue Duck (love the avocado toast) and the morning tea and coffee service in the lobby are delightful. (Professional Nespresso plus English breakfast tea). Pro tip, get coffee or tea in the lobby to save your breakfast credit for the delicious food items at breakfast. I believe the credit is $85-100 for two guests as a globalist, but with $10 coffee that can be eaten up quickly. The avocado toast is worth it even if you’re paying cash.
