While I was working in the computer lab, another patron made rude remarks to one of the staff and other patrons, an incident which is uncharacteristic and rare to see in Borrego. Despite this unfortunate interaction I was impressed with the direct and decisive action taken by security personnel Isaac (who has earned the name "el martillo" in my eyes), who immediately stepped in without hesitation, professionally and carefully diffusing the situation, mitigating any further problems.
