There are also fountain drinks to choose from as well. I ordered the half sandwich with a deli side combo and my friend convinced me to get a cookie as well. Never have I seen customer service like that before) that I could try a pizza that was gluten free and use vegan cheese, along with my salad. Needles to say, on a five day trip to San Diego, we ended up eating there three lunches and took one meal for the road. I thought their prices were very reasonable considering the quality and location. FYI my husband loved all his meals too (he got couple of pastas and couple of pizzas). We will miss a lot from our trip but this will be the no1 eating place for us in San Diego.

No preservative taste anywhere. The Nogada Guacamole, obviously inspired by Chiles en Nogada, was delicious. Their signature dish, eggs and rice, was a great example: the crunchy rice, with the creamy sauce, topped with the caviar, was such a treat! For food we had the brussel sprouts and for pizzas we had a special with fresh ricotta and squash, pepperoni lovers, and the dye another day, and the soft serve. The brussel sprouts were ok I probably wouldn’t order again they felt too charred and small so there was a lot of the over crispy paper texture to them but the flavoring was good. Although this is pricier than most pizza places everything we tasted was fresh, prepared well, and the menu was intentional with specials around seasonal produce and availability which I liked.
