I think it's a bit too early to plan. I'm in Spain..... went to Portugal a couple weeks ago. All of the sudden, everything closed at 1 PM. A few hours before, they announced a lockdown. I don't speak Portuguese so that was a bit unexpected. I had problems finding food that day. Not really what is expected during a vacay....

We live in Germany and they said at this point do not count on any travel before the end of May. This was mostly being addressed for nationals traveling within Europe so I’m not sure if they will open back up for American tourists this summer.
