How exciting!!! Egypt is fast-paced. I would rather kennel my pup at home for my first trip there. The flights are long. If you’re staying for a month or so, then that’s a different story.

Wear a wedding ring and dress conservatively. When I was traveling in Egypt there were a local hotel where we couldn’t stay as we weren’t married. We didn’t have any problems in Cairo.

Egypt is one of my bucket list trips. Just based off stalking Airbnb I'm going to split up our trip and book two different apartments- one on the Nile River the first few days and then one near the pyramids.
