Are stalls at night markets open past 10pm in Siem Reap?

I was in Siem Reap in March. Grab is expensive there relatively speaking and I found that it was easier/cheaper to TukTuk around and to hire a private driver for Angkor Wat/airport transfers. Tuk Tuks are available outside the airport and cheap but you could also get a private air conditioned car to take you for <$10USD one-way. PM me if you want my driver's WhatsApp contact. Motos were generally unavailable. The night market is generally open until 10-11pm but shuts down by 11pm/12am.

I just wrapped up my trip their about two weeks ago. What caught me by surprise was that US dollars were used more than the local currency.

You can download an app there called passapp for tuk tuks and they're generally cheaper than if you try to bargain
