If you have a chance, the south of portugal is super super nice!! Lots of beaches and natural sites to see

Belem for Natas at Pastéis de Belém!
Rossio is a really nice area to check out tbh.

Just left Lisbon yesterday, go to Sintra for sure beautiful pictures of palaces and castles, you can take a rail to Lagos for beaches and kayaking.
