I would check out this airbnb. I have been to Sedona twice, and the first time we stayed at this really nice airbnb. It's listed at 89 a night, and it's a condo with a full kitchen, which was really nice to pack snacks and make a quick breakfast before hikes. Makes it much better if you are leaving early. Definitely check out Bell Rock. We made it to the top both times we visited and it's my favorite hike/rock climb. I tagged a pic of me at the top 😁 If you do make it up, make sure u sign ur name in the book in the tackelbox!
Also, for food, try rattlesnake, cactus fries, or a prickly pear margarita 🥰

Did a day trip to Sedona a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was so miserably crowded we gave up and drove to Jerome which was also crazy crowded. I think it took us about 40 minutes to drive a handful of miles the roads were so congested. We did grasshopper point (a creek where you can swim) and Tlaquepaque (shopping center). I've only done day trips from Phoenix and Flagstaff so not entirely sure where reasonable hotels would be.
