Would you choose Myrtle Beach or Virginia Beach with a 6-year old?
We tried to stop at myrtle beach, but everywhere is metered parking and we didn’t have the quarters. It’s super touristy, too, which killed our vibe. Virginia Beach is my vote, hands down.

Any recommendations on the best mini-golf places in Myrtle Beach?
A wonderful brunch place is Blueberry Cafe! It is always busy so you will want reservations. Consider staying in North Myrtle beach, it’s more of a family oriented area. Also, the kids will love the area by the Ferris wheel. Tons of food, shopping, and fare like rides. I wouldn’t recommend staying within 5 miles South of the Ferris wheel. I worked at a hospital there for 13 weeks and locals had give. Me this advice. Enjoy!

Recommendations for things to do and eat in Charleston and Myrtle Beach, SC?
The ferry ride out to fort Sumter is very nice and very cool history there if you’re into that.

What are some fun things to do in and around Myrtle Beach?
Dont do dirty myrtle. Charleston is great and used to be the bachelorette capital before nashville took over. Lots of good Food, bars and lots to do. Savannah is also fantastic! Savannah I would say is cheaper than Charleston. Check out Tybee Island

What is there to do in Myrtle Beach for entertainment?
I have a house there. The heart of Myrtle beach is very touristy and not my favorite. However, if you go south to surf side, Murrells inlet, pawleys island it is awesome! If you’re into shows and stuff there is some of those, a theme park on the beach and zip lines by the beach in Myrtle. In Murrells Inlet there is an area called the Marsh Walk which has restaurants/live music/bars. I love it !

Don't stay at Dayton House Resorts. I found a cockroach, requested to check out early to refund my stay and they wouldn't even refund it.
