For Dallas/Fort Worth: check out the ft worth stock yards. Lockharts bbq is amazing. For traditional Texas two stepping, billy bobs and cowboys red river!
Austin: Barton springs and Hamilton pool!

What are your must-do activities during a one-night stay in Memphis, TN?
Girl try some BBQ! We went in February and tried some BBQ (kind of a whole in the wall place) and it was THE BOMB. Possibly going back up there next weekend and for sure plan on hitting another BBQ joint.

What are the best places to eat, must see spots and things to do in Birmingham, Nashville, Memphis?
For breakfast or lunch in Memphis-,The Beauty Shop. Former beauty shop where Priscilla Presley got her hair done. Turned into a funky restaurant. Some tables are made from old stand hair dryers. Great breakfast or brunch. The Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King was assassinated. Is now a civil rights museum.
