If they are running - the whaling watching places in Tofino do a really good Whale watching tour that also stops at a hot spring. It’s a full day trip but I’ve done it twice and really enjoyed it. I also recommend Rhino Tofino coffee house & Tough City Sushi for food! If you are driving past Coombs Market is a great place to stop for lunch or ice cream!

Ohhh exciting! Whistler, sea to sky highway, Stanley Park, if you want to hike a mountain there's Grouse (sp?) Mountain and you take a ferry across the river to north Vancouver. Have fun boo! 😊💕

Where are you coming from? I highly doubt you will be able to do this trip if you aren’t already in Canada. They’re saying the general population won’t be fully vaccinated until September and BC just increased restrictions again.

Lick It Mats keep dogs occupied while traveling. I use peanut butter. Of course a collapsible water bowl. I usually buy/take bottled water since you never know if local water will upset tummies.

Whistler is about 90-120 mins from Vancouver (depending where you are) Lake Louise is a days drive

Victoria definitely has some must-see spots. The Empress Hotel is gorgeous and does a very elegant high tea (although I’m not 100% sure that’s still going on with the pandemic). They have some lovely coastal walks, including a sea wall leading out to a beautiful lighthouse. And there are some cool historical/cultural spots like Emily Carr’s house, a natural history museum, and some native artworks installed around the city.
