What are some must-see places and things to do when on a road trip to Montana from Wisconsin?
How far into Montana??Kootenai falls outside of Libby on Hwy 2 is such a fun stop. Suspension bridge, hiking trails and an ice cream shop. We love stopping there but it’s on the western border.

What are your recommended places to visit in Wisconsin for mother with a toddler who's looking for somewhere playful and warm?
Clearwater Beach, FL was my favorite when my children were young. They have a nice playground and lots of wildlife!

Where is a dog-friendly destination for a November, dog-friendly weekend trip in northern Illinois or southeast Wisconsin?
I live in Houston and just took my two to the beach for 3 days (an hour drive from Houston). They had the best time. Rented an Airbnb that allowed pups.

Any recommendations on can’t-miss things while road tripping through Wisconsin?
Hey there - Wisco resident here. The Dells are kinda lame anyway. Haha. Definitely not a bad idea to skip it. Having said that, the area around the Dells is pretty. Some great hikes if you’re into that. Devils Lake is quite popular. But that might be too strenuous for littles. Good swimming, though!
Sassy Cow Creamery just outside of Madison is a family run dairy farm that is quite good. They have a nice selection of cheeses and a store. A play area for the kids and I do believe they do some tours.
How far north are you going? I can make recommendations based on what parts of the state you’ll be in!

Which local gems to visit during an interstate trip from Philadelphia, PA to Nashville, TN?
There are some great outdoor dining options in Boston and the seaport is probably much more built up since you last visited. Ptown is my fave place in the world! I know the lobster pot is famous but for a reason, really good food. Anthony Bourdain worked there when he was young. Post office is great for brunch. Kohi has the best coffee. Enjoy!

Between Green Bay and Chicago, where would you choose to stop for a night or two along Lake Michigan for nature experiences?
I'm from Manitowoc and there's some nice spots and historical places along the lake. Detour to Pine River Dairy for all the cheese (seriously), Cedar Crest for Ice Cream, Maritime Museum for submarine tour, Bernstein's Confectionary for old fashion vibe and candy. Neshotah Park & Beach usually has some sand dunes to go hike around. Just north are the Maribel Caves. Let me know if you have any questions 😊
