It’s one of the most beautiful cathedrals I’ve visit so far. From the front, you can’t really see it’s beauty and the gothic architecture. So I recommend to take a walk around the church to see its real potential haha :) and the beautiful architecture and paintings from inside, are just breathtaking. I visited the church on monday, it wasn’t crowded. The entrance is completely free, and there was an art gallery inside.
Beautiful cathedral! Lovely to walk around in. The staff was a bit dismissive when we asked about the grave of Hieronymus Bosch. They don’t know where he was buried but he was carried out of the church after his funeral, for which there is a stone to commemorate in one of the doorways.
Very beautiful inside and outside. You get a spiritual feeling when going through the inside of the Cathedral. Its just magnificent, you just have to experience it yourself
The enormous St John's Cathedral was stunning outside and beautiful inside. As always, learning the history and focusing in on all or the intricate details is amazing.
One of the most beautiful cathedrals of the Netherlands with a huge organ; the colored windows are amazing. You can walk to the top and have a beautiful view over Den Bosch. In and outside the architecture is stunning and overwhelming
Extravagantly decorated Gothic cathedral in Den Bosch, very beautiful on the outside, I didn’t have an opportunity to look inside.
Beautiful church building in the centre of the old town. Hard to believe that it is 800 years old. Must visit when you are in Den Bosch!
A beautiful early Gothic Cathedral built in the Dutch style.

There is a temporary exhibition called “Landscape of the fall”, by Abdelkader Benchamma. Very beautiful art with creative ideas using lines, and very intelligent idea using the huge space on the wall linking to old paintings from Hieronymus Bosch and Pieter Bruegel. By this exhibition itself it is already worthwhile to visit. The museum has other long term exhibitions that are also Interesting. One room specially for Van Gogh. I also like some of the still life oil paintings. The historical parts are also interesting, although we ran out of time to observe the details. I am impressed that there were bronze swords from 1800 BC found in north Brabant area.
The Noordbrabants Museum is a really cool place to visit. I love how they mix traditional art with more modern and unexpected historical pieces. One of the things that stood out to me was seeing items that were part of everyday life not too long ago but are now considered history—like the first Apple computer. It’s fascinating to see how things evolve over time. The museum also has an impressive collection of paintings, including works by Van Gogh, Picasso, and other great artists. Walking through the galleries, I felt like I was experiencing both classic masterpieces and surprising bits of modern history all in one place. It’s definitely a museum worth visiting!
A beautiful Dutch museum. There is a hall telling the history of the museum, some historic work and a lot of modern works. There was also a performance in the museum when I visited it. I enjoyed the visit a lot. Thanks a lot to the very friendly people working there.
Excellent museum, and a must-go-to if one is in Den Bosch. They have special exhibits every month or so, which I don’t usually care for; but the permanent collection is incredible and alone a reason to visit. The building is beautiful; it is like an old mansion, with gorgeous rooms to hold the still more gorgeous art. One could spend hours here. There is a cafe as well, which has delicious donuts from the famous Jan de Groot cafe. Eating them here has the added bonus that one does not need to spend ages waiting in line for the Jan de Groot cafe. Please be aware that service can be slow. But who goes to an art museum who is in a hurry! I highly recommend this gem of a museum. It is well worth the admission fee.
This is one of the best museums I've been to in the Netherlands. The experience of the journey it takes you through stays with you for days after your visit! I strongly reccomend the The Verhaal van Noord Brabant section 😌
Great mixture of modern and classic art+ child friendly
Great museum! Very interesting, well displayed and maintained. Friendly staff and a wide range of interesting elements on display and North Brabant history
Nice museum close to the StJans cathedral. The museum is located in a nice building. The standard exhibition has works from 1500-1950. Nice collection of works of Van Gogh. We visited the special exhibition: Brueghel the family reunion - Five generations under one roof.

This new museum dedicated to Jeroen Bosch is great. You can go all the way to the top of the rotunda by elevator or stairs and see for miles around. Many displays and exact replicas of his art work. Plenty of space to move around. Nice restrooms. Gift shop with reasonable prices for unique items. No food/drink for sale.
This museum is full of surprises. I enjoyed the modern approach on Jheronimus Bosch's artworks and the guide book helped me understand his work better. Staff provides the needed information in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. Take all the time you need, warm clothes (because it's really cold inside) and some friends and enjoy the astronomical clock presentation, as well. 😊
I was fascinated of Bosch’s work and really enjoyed visiting this art center. They also had some funny trippy movies and huge crazy clock with “animation”
Extraordinary art experience! Before visiting the museum I didn't know much about the work of Jheronimus Bosch and I was completely blown away by what I saw. The exhibited works are reproductions, but this does not diminish the artistic experience. By entering the museum, you enter a fantastic world that inspires artists to this day. In addition to the work of Jheronimous Bosch, there are also paintings by artists inspired by his work. Also, the world in which the artist created in a very convincing way was revived in the basement of the church. Gallery it self is former Neo-Gothic church where sacred meets surreal. The high ceilings and stained-glass windows set the stage for a journey not just through art, but into Bosch's imagination.  Climb the bell tower for a panoramic view of the town Bosch once walked—unchanged in many ways since his time. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance and cost €12 per person. It is paid exclusively by cards. The ticket comes with a brochure which is very helpful to experience the exhibited works. There is also a guide in the gallery who occasionally explains about individual exhibits.
Small interesting museum of Bosch's work and work of people inspired by him in a church. Great view from the fifth floor, also has an elevator.
What a great museum...the location in a church gives it an extra dimension. You can take the elevator to the rooftop for a great view over the city as well...The paper guide book they give you at the entrance is very interesting too to understand better the artwork! Not to miss....
Nice large guide book provided in Dutch and English. The paintings are reproductions but overall good quality. You can take the elevator to the top of the tower for a panoramic look at the city, although there are windows preventing you from going on the balcony and they were a little bit dirty so that would affect photographs. Gift shop has a wide variety of souvenirs but the t-shirts at $50 is crazy
Amazing experience for Bosch fans, the paintings reproductions are very good and the atmosphere of the place is really cool.

Very nicely organised museum of Design, super friendly staff 🌟
The main exhibition on design and climate was interesting and well thought out. The second one (Supreme) a bit less interesting to me. I really like that they showcase local design too and that some smaller exhibitions are accessible for free. The Soft Spaces exhibition on drag was touching. Overall the ticket price can be expensive if you want to go back regularly to see the new paid exhibitions though.
Fairly okay ish collection, many parts are at the moment under renovation.
Definitely not worth the money, for 13.5e per person you don't get much, I think it's overpriced. Half of the museum was about Supreme exhibition that you can see if you just literally visit the Supreme store. The other half was fine, but definitely not for that money. Maybe we're just not the target audience. We went there based on the reviews, honestly just save your money. Also, lots of the pictures on here are probably from some previous exhibitions, so we didn't see anything interesting.
Had a very fun visit at the museum, went for 'mapping modernity' but enjoyed the other exhibition as well. Mapping modernity was an interesting and educational exhibition. Particularly liked that they had printed the information booklet in an old-fashioned map like format. While the exhibition is only large enough for one large room it took us almost two hours to have a thorough look around and hadn't yet seen everything. Probably less interesting for young kids, though there is an activity for children set up at the start of the exhibition.
We visited the museum because we were attracted by the indications at the entrance about the "Faster, better, more beautiful – the design of progress". The display is about a fascinating collection of objects designed under the influence of the "need for speed" that has influenced the umanity from the beginning. The items from '30 to '50 are stunning but naif. It is possible to observe the evolution of the shapes proposed and the influence of the simulation technologies to derive more sophisticated shapes. it is possible to take photo inside. on the ground level there is also an expositions of objects connected with human body: protesis, gadgets and surprising technology interacting with your body Amazing
streamline design theme at museum shows how designers have innovated over last hundred years to make machines not only faster, efficient and better but also stunning in looks. Museum highlights through various examples how learning from nature has went into making these design improvements. With workshops and active learning exercises, a perfect place to visit for young and adults.
Good museum for art exhibitions, it is located right in the city center of Den Bosch, I really enjoyed the "Screenwear: exploring Digital Fashion" exhibition a lot. Everything was well-displayed. There were some interactive artworks that you can explore and have fun with it :)
