Nice fountain on a square where uou can have a meal, a drink or even an ice cream.
Lovely area and well preserved. Some koi fishes inside the small pond just under the mushroom shaped foliage fountain. Next to coffee shops and restaurants. Located centrally in Salon de Provence, France. Adds charm to the place.
Nice entrance spot for the fountain.
This is a nice place to sit with a view over the beautiful fountain that looks like a tree that rains. Very beautiful. The staff is ok, buy not really that interactive. The prices are high and it's clear that they live of off tourism.
Nice little square with a few pretty restaurants.
A nice landmark to have a look at, very pretty. Some nice cafes around it as well.
I've seen a lot of "fontaines moussues" in my life but this one tops them all. (No offense to the other small ones in the city)
Sweet cafe corner with a refreshing green fountain. Worth a visit

Very good organised and impressive collection. All the room I visited I just said « wow wow wow 🤩 » For entrace fee 6€ is not expensive if compared with what you will see inside
If you're in Salon de Provence or anywhere near, the visit to the castle is a must. The collection is huge and it is really interesting to see how things changed through time, but also learn about the battles and missions. We spent more than two hours and in the end we rushed through the last rooms so that we could visit the rest of the castle and the village.
Not much to view, but good spot for photo ops
Very interesting museum with an impressive collection of uniforms and militaria. Beautiful displayed. Confirms that as a high ranking officer, you have a much better chance of getting back home. Many officer’s uniforms in great shape displayed, few of regular soldiers.
A stop by to stretch the legs and have a nice walk around the old part to the castle. Cool place.
This meuseum is packed with objects such as rifles , swords, and uniforms. My favorite part of the meuseum was Napoleon's bed. Fantastic giftshop. I totally recommend Napoleon fans to come very big.
Nothing very special to see inside. However the concert series in summer are a treat!!
The most interesting military collection I have ever seen. Gathered with passion by two brothers, that made it their life goal and family heritage. Expositions are very well prepared, very vivid. Historical background is well described, for now in French only but I bet it would change soon. Worth all the 3 hours I spent there!

Not a house or Maison. Tourists trap museum. If you are into Nostradamus, then go. Otherwise, walking around town is good or go ip the ear by castle.
Horrible place. Do not go!! Nothing is authentic, and you will be forced to listen to non synchronizen, nonsense audios all along while being stuck for way too long in tiny rooms with some weird dummies dressed like mickey mouse magicians. And, cherry on the cake, the staff is terribly unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and invest the money in a beer or an ice cream instead.
What a pity that it's closed on Mondays too? Or is it just closed from autumn until end of winter?
never been able to get inside, I contacted them weeks earlier via email, as request on their website, to book a visite. Never received an answer and when I showed up at the museum they just said: only visit tours Too bad, clearly they are not interested on receiving visitors or explain better how to book a visit
Not a museum. From what we understand, its apparently only accesible with a guide. Grumpy lady at the desk only speaks french and didnt seem to want guests
So the museum is bunch of mannequins dressed in old clothes. There are speakers that explain the life of Nostradamus, but it is in french. Buying tickets was actually pretty difficult because the lady in the frontdeak spoke only French. We tried English, Spanish, Italian and Russian... No luck. She spoke only French. If you have 20 minutes to kill - you can give 5€ for the tour. But I will recommend to buy some icecream or some wine instead.
The people that work in the museum don't speak English and weren't very helpful. We weren't explained that in every room there are recordings, not that it matters anyway since everything is in French. Overall I'm very disappointed.
This is really quite a tawdry Madame Tussaud’s style museum in the barren shell of Nostradamus’ original house. On each floor there is a vulgar waxwork tableau that interprets periods of Nostradamus’ life (badly). Absolutely no trace of original house, it’s floor-plan, or anything belonging to (or even simulating) Nostradamus remains.

We received personalized recommendations and very useful information, which allowed us to discover a traditional Marseille soap factory, as well as several points of interest suitable for people traveling with dogs. The interaction was simple, friendly, and very pleasant. The team knows the region well and provides relevant and interesting information. A visit to the Tourist Office is definitely worth the detour to fully enjoy your stay! (Translated by Google) We booked our tickets for a visit to Mas Des Bories through the SALON tourist office. Everything went well, from the welcome and the visit to the olive grove and the mill. One note, however, is that access to this site is full of surprises: The access path is a real track and would at least justify a more passable and tarmacked road. Finally, a sign indicating the site at the start of the Coustelane road would be welcome. Without a GPS, access is difficult.

Incredible Chateau! Visited during lunch time and lady in reception did not speak English but made lots of effort to make us feel welcome and show the wines with the tasting :) you can visit the place by yourself with a printed guide and also the movie in their museum. It was a great surprise! Amazing wines, olive oil and olives to eat. There was also a separate local business selling pates and foie gras with tasting. Definitely recommend! Thanks a lot for the reception!
Very beautiful winery, they let us walk all around the grounds and have a small museum. The wine is divine. So good! A great wine tasting experience.
I attended the Jazz Concert of Michel Pelegrino as part of Les Musicales dans les Vignes and the band was fantastic. However, the new owners of Chateau Virant need to improve the organization for this event. We were invited to grab food at the food trucks but the tables were installed under the scorching sun and noone sat in the designated area although there were other shaded places that would have been perfect. In addition, the cellar closed at 7:45pm and no purchases of wines were possible after that time…too bad for a winery where guests were eager to buy the local wine, the Olive Oil and the other products! I shared my comments with one member of the winery who denied that the tables were under the sun and with the President of Les Musicales so hopefully they will improve the welcoming of guests and make this event more enjoyable…and profitable for them!
What a find, an amazing place owned by a lovely family. You get to taste all their wines and also a free tour. Excellent wine at a very affordable price. The olive oil had many awards as well as the wine. You must not miss out on this place. Thanks a million to person that looked after us.
Good wine and olive oil. Very friendly staff and excellent museum.
Live concert nights are really fun. Definitely worth checking out!
We had such a lovely experience at Chateau Virant. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the Chateau. The tasting was beyond generous and the wines are terrific and well priced. Highly recommended.
Absolutely beautiful place, great self guided tour. Very nice wine and at a great price too. Staff are amazing and helpful.

I wish I could write a more accurate review but despite both the hours online (totally wrong) and the very, very limited hours posted on the church, it was never open. It is printed directly outside the church it is only open a couple of days and times per week, so I waited to go to mass at 9am on Friday which was posted, but again it was closed and locked! Churches are houses of workshop for anyone to go; I have traveled a long way to visit this church several times that it states it will be open and yet it’s locked! Ridiculous.

It is a Romanesque temple, but only the two access doors remain of that style and the main one has a large tympanum and is very well preserved, it is worth it.
