The Cathedral is nice but I gave one star to the old Spanish lady in the ticket office for her terrible attitude yesterday. We stopped by on our way from Portugal to north Spain and arrived 5 min before its closing time in the noon. We just wanted to have a quick 5 min look inside the cathedral and the lady said it was closed. I accepted that she was in a hurry to take a nap even though it's 5 mins earlier than its official closing time. Then I wanted to use the bathroom and she again refused me. It's unbelievablely rude and not professional. How evil can you be to refuse a toilet visit?
