Loved it here! I didn’t listen to the bad reviews online, and decided to go and make my own opinion. And I’m so glad I did!! The staff there at the moment are all new, and are doing their hardest and making the place great. The staff were extremely friendly, and happy to talk about the changes happening to the farm. The soft play is amazing! Although the death slide is a little scary. During our visit, we saw staff loving on all of the animals, and the handling sessions were the best!
Would have been lovely in its heyday but now a bit run down. Lots to see over a 3 hour visit. Soft play area. Play fort and trampolines. Various animals to feed and set times to handle reptiles. Friendly staff. Better to visit on dry sunny days, take a picnic. Racoon looking old and lonely but well looked after. Foxes have large outdoor area. Prices on par with most adventure parks, a bit expensive. All theme park rides out of action and have been for a while. Quite a few empty enclosures.
Needed a bit of an update , particularly on entering. A lot of empty enclosures and broken rides/areas... however as you get further in the animal part (farm) is quite nice. But you are already on a downer as you walk in. The soft play was great and the little cafe part too.
Lovely staff and good variety of animals! Yes it needs updating as its been left to run down a little but taking into account the animals, soft play and cafe, walk through wallaby enclosure, animal meets and trampolines, I think its worth it. With some more money put into it, it has huge potential! Staff are keen to do the work to and get things upgraded so will be back again for sure!
I used to come to this farm regularly as a child and hadn’t been back for over 20 years since moving away. The farm has grown a lot with more animals and activities, but still has the same charm. The staff were all fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the animals. The enclosures are spacious and well thought out, and it was inspiring to hear about the rescue work of the charity. A special mention goes to Lucy, one of the keepers we met during our visit. Hearing about her hands-on rescue efforts, including personally helping to bring in the chinchillas was truly heartwarming. This farm is perfect for all ages (even those without children) and a must-visit for animal lovers!
Really aimed at younger children, but who doesn't like stroking bunnies and guinea pigs 😊 Staff are lovely and friendly, plenty of places for your picnic. Sat nav couldn't find it but our phones took us straight there, plenty of free parking. Recommend a visit
Thank you so much to the lovely staff who were on site on the 15th. Your warmth and professionalism made this a memorable and excellent day out. I highly recommend this park to everyone!
We went on a Sunday. I was scared we won't be able to get in as I didn't purchase our tickets online in advance. I was surprised to see the empty car park on arrival. Tickets are way too pricey for the offering. As soon as you enter you will see how bad is the park Condition. Toilets are clean, staff is lovely. They have a small buffet in the soft play. Children had fun but it is not worth the money.

The park is nice and consise, easy to reach from the local holiday parks, with a large selection of rides for all ages. The free entry/credit/wristband system is ideal for this type of fun park. Reasonable prices online reduction also. Worth it. Its a pity 3 big rides were not operating, Astro Storm in particular was disappointing not to experience. However, the five stars is for 2 staff members in particular. CALLIE the operator of Wipe Out was a sheer joy, fun, happy and really enthusiastic. Encouraging her to extend our ride cycle was funny, and hopefully she didnt get told off too much. She also helped retreiving my daughters soft toy prize which accidentally blew under the ride. DAZ, one of the managers arrived to save the item and make my daughter happy. Excellent service and understanding from both these first rate staff members, give them both a bonus!!!
We were in a Friday, no waiting queue to go in, definitely buy tickets online its cheaper. It's a good fun for few hours, but not enough rides to keep you busy for entire day. In two hours you can finnish all the rides. Good variety of food and drinks and surprisingly clean all around. I will comeback here.
It claims to be biggest free entry theme park in the UK and they are not wrong. Reasonable ticket prices, and many varieties of fun rides for kids of all ages and adults. You can buy 1 day, 3 days or annual pass or top up the credits and use them to take selective rides you like. Buy online in advance to make big savings. If you are fond of rides, buying a day pass definitely worth it. Toilets are available and plenty of food stalls. Rides are also thrilling and joyful. They are also open for longer times on selective days, check their website for their schedules.
Brean Leisure Theme park I was so pleasantly surprised by this park.Plenty to do for all ages. You can buy tokens or wristbands. We got unlimited bands and had a blast. We found the park to be extremely clean, completely friendly and not overly croweded.Staff are friendly and plenty of food options Rides, arcades,Trampolines and funfair games. Sweet Treats Brean takes the cake...Literally.Sweets,stuffed cookies, choco strawbs, crepes and doughnuts. You would be silly not to stop in and say hello to the Amazing team of ladies that make the sweet shop even Sweeter. My cookies were delicious, mainly the orea and dubai style🤤 Thank you Brean for a lovely day. 10/10 park.i highly recommend others to visit and I'd defo return in future
Great place to take the kids, you can spend a couple of hours or all day here. Lots of rides for all ages. Kids over 1.2m can access all rides and the staff do check the childrens height. Lots of fun to be had. Dogs are allowed on site on leads. There's are water bowls dotted around the park. Wrist bands are cheaper if you buy online.
Always a good time here. Average prices by today's standards. Visited again recently. Unfortunately the opening hours were very limited, shame considering it's June, and a few of the bigger rides were out of order. Still, the wristbands were cheap enough, so made the most of what was available! Good for little ones!
Great amusement park with plenty of rides to choose I thought ice cream and drinks food weren’t over priced at all
I go here at least 2 a year and never have any issues, wend on Saturday for the fireworks it says on there website you can get the wristbands from 2pm got told some story about them closing for 30 mins so go to the other queue which I did not understand a word he was on about then got told after waiting 39 mins no you can only get them after 3pm when it was 2.45pm the staff was so unfull which I never had at Brean before and service so I just say to my kids sod the fireworks and Brean and went the the arcade on the main road where the staff was a lot more friendly and wanted to be there unlike Brean Theme park, I will not be back for some time now

Burnham on sea low 6 leg lighthouse is a must see if you are in the area. Lots of dog walkers on the wonderful beach.
I recommend planning your visit during low tide. This allows you to walk right out onto the sands, getting up close to the lighthouse and enjoying uninterrupted views without contending with the notoriously soft mud closer to the esplanade.
Very enigmatic. Park by one of the piers and walk along the beach. Sand is flat when the tide is out. Be warned can be very muddy, so if you have furry friends take a towel and bucket if water 🙂
The Burnham-on-Sea Low Lighthouse, fondly referred to as 'the Lighthouse on Legs', has a rich and dynamic history that has evolved significantly since its construction in 1832 and continues to play an operational role today. Additional information. Visiting is easy as this is on the public beach, the nearest parking would be on Poplar Road ( 51.24464740501554, -3.000507843662151) but this is busy. There is however plenty of parking on the sea front (51.2391062944699, -2.9989930766074693) then there is an easy 1.1 KM walk along the beach. There are lots of facilities on the sea front.
Amazing sunsets can be seen here whether tide in or out. Stunningly beautiful ones. So peacefully & I only live a 5min walk from front door to sardines.
A lovely walk with the dog from the promenade to the lighthouse. Perfect swimming under the lighthouse for dogs too!
Beautiful sandy beach and fabulous historic lighthouse - well worth a visit - unspoilt and quiet in the autumn and winter
A great beach. Definitely ideal for walking across (especially as the weather treated us so well). Overall not too busy, generally very clean and with nice, smooth sand. Recommend visiting.

Went there today with our 3 year old and 11month old and absolutely loved it! Spent most of the time in the splash zone with the water fountains as it was the warmest place and the youngest could crawl around in the shallow water. The big pool was also good as it is like the ‘shallow end’ the whole way across, but it was a little on the cold side for the baby. Wasn’t too busy but we have just squeezed in before school holidays started : ). Didn’t venture in to the outside sections as it seems more for older kids. Good value for money in my opinion, will hopefully come back one day
Had a nice morning here in the soft play. Good value for the money. Plenty of seating area for th adults and toilets where clean. As tou can see from the photos plenty to do. There are plenty of slides and soft play equipment for all. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Would highly recommend booking tickets beforehand to ensure availability. £4.50 to park the car, this is on top of the tickers. Reason for 4 start the place it's self was good. We booked 9.30 to 11 30 slot, we expected to be in for the full two hours whe toj pay for it. The doors to then soft play didn't open until 09.31 even though the staff were there and the rest of the park was open. I just found it a bit hard when everyone stood outside in the cold with children. The people at the back must have taken 20 minutes to go through, so they lost this time. Again, staffing issue, they where going around hoovering the small soft play area when the first children were going in there, it was like it hadn't been done before everyone arrived. And to top it off with staff, got to the food and café part, and the lady behind the counter couldn't find the milk jug for the milk when asked for an Americano and milk, it's not good when her college starts shaking her head at her and says just use something else when there's a que of 20ish waiting. Other than all of that, the place it's self is well worth it.
Took my daughter for a day out, she definitely had an amazing day. Plenty of options with the large pool, kids indoor pool and slides and the outdoor kids pool with slides despite the cold wet weather, they still had this open, although it was very cold everyone I saw out was having a good time. Never got chance to test the big slides, but they were all busy so next time I'll be definitely having ago on them
I’d give Brean Splash a solid 3 out of 5. It’s got a lot going for it but definitely a few things that could be better. On the positive side, it’s a great place for kids. The indoor and outdoor pools are spot on and there’s even a baby swimming pool which is a nice touch. The lockers are a decent size too and only cost 20p to use which is fair enough. At £20 a person I think it’s a fair price for what you get especially if you’re making a day of it. Now for the downsides. The staff honestly looked like they couldn’t care less. No energy, no friendliness, just that “does my face look bothered” kind of vibe which isn’t great when you’re bringing your kids for a fun day out. Another let down is that they don’t have any swimming equipment on offer which I think is a shame. Things like floats or noodles would have been handy. But the worst bit by far is the showers. You press the button, get about two seconds of water and then it cuts off. You have to keep pressing it over and over which is really annoying when you’re just trying to get chlorine off your skin. Overall it’s worth a visit for the pools themselves especially if you’ve got kids but the lack of enthusiasm from staff and poor facilities bring it down. With a few small improvements it could easily be a 5 star place.
Website states you need to pay full price (£18) for a spectator.. yet they’ve replied to a complaint on here stating there is a spectator fee.. website states not. So I’ve tried calling them. 4 hours later, several phone numbers, no answer at all. How can a business not even answer a single one of their phones? So I’ve tried reading some more reviews to see if I can clear this up, I read bad after bad stating parents are not allowed to even take their younger children down the slides with them? Pointless for us as my 3 year old son won’t go down them without me.. and if I’ve got to pay £18 per ticket, why is the parking so expensive? Seems this business is after money and not good customer service. Haven’t even visited yet my experience is poor. 1 star from me. It’s a shame because it looked good and I would have paid the ridiculous ticket prices and parking if someone could have picked up the phone and spoke to me..
Not going to lie. Was really excited to take the kids here for the first time as my nearly 4 year old is an adrenaline junkie and loves a good water slide, and my 2 year old is a water lover. But if you’re going with kids who are less than 1.2m I just wouldn’t bother personally. Paying £20 a person (which for swimming in my opinion is diabolical) and he couldn’t even go on the larger slides due to his height (this is a kids who’s done go ape and gone on far bigger slides abroad plus does weekly swimming lessons). Spent 20 minutes on the splash pool with our 2 year old then went in the baby pool as the larger pool was really cold and they got bored. Looking back I wish I just took them to a normal pool for a fraction of the price as feel it was well and truely a rip off.
UPDATE : after a shocking experience I sent an email across. I was offered to go back but ofcorse we said no thankyou. Now I've been given a £24 refund. Really poor and no apology given either. Such a shame. Please read the real reviews this place is shocking. Since a few people have complained it seemed there are fake accounts saying how nice and friendly it is. Please please beleive it really is not. Absolutely shocking spent £64 for a family of 4. For a start I spent ages trying to find a locker that works hardly any did. The changing facilities were dirty ( the toilet was covered in urine ) when we finally got a locker i took my toddler outside to the splash pad. He's a little nervous so I helped him up the stairs to which a staff member blew her whistle scaring him because she done it in a such a manner. Was incredibly abrupt and rude towards me claiming no adults allowed. Their was no signed stating this just that it was for under 12's. So my toddler was in such a state and spent the duration crying because it had scared him. The pools were filthy dirty, staff did not look like they wanted to be there. When we used the disco slide it was not really a disco there was no music. We ended up leaving early because of all this. I feel absolutely robbed and will be following up with an email because I feel as if we was not treated fairly at all. Were not a rude or destructive family. And we expect to be shown the same politeness as we give others. But sadly this was not the case at all.
Visited splash on the inset Monday for my little boys birthday, had a lovely time, staff were all very friendly, the changing rooms were VERY clean compared to other places we have been. Outdoors was open but we have also been when splash zone is open inside as well the kids love both areas. Really lovely afternoon out!

We chose this beach for a quieter day out by the sea, instead of the more popular, crowded beaches. We were able to park on the beach, which was perfect for me using crutches. There was a more sandier area with a few families. It wasn't busy, although it was a warm day. We took a short walk across the beach, and there were a few dog walkers and only a handful of people in the sea. Perfect if that's what you're looking for. It could have just been that it was a week day, though. There are lifeguards and facilities very close. The unisex toilets weren't the best but still usable, and a cafe with tables and chairs. An ice-cream van came across the beach a few times and also a horse and carriage. Parking costs were reasonable, too.
The walk from car park is disappointing, people allowed there dogs to do their business and left it across path, path needs cleaning up. Beach wise was lovely, peaceful, kids loved having open space to play, obviously not like a swimming beach, perfect for dogs. Just be careful when tide is out leave little bits water but it's got sinking mud, go careful when bring dogs and even children.
Lovely sand flat beach. Good for dog walkers and sports or just a stroll. Access via a couple of car parks and can also park on beach. A cafè at one end and close to Brean Leisure Park. Can be windy and watch the tide.
Really good beach for Dog walking and great dunes for kids to play on, just be careful when going closer to the sea because it can become quite muddy and you can sink in the sand nearer the sea. I’d advise not to go in sea at most times cuz you can drown and sink more easily since it’s quite a muddy beach when you go out towards the sea.
There is a car park with toilets but it’s £6 per day, there is one just down the road (drive through a wooden gate) which is free, and has a nice walk to the beach across the dunes. The sand is easy to walk on. Great for dogs.
Really nice and easily accessible beach with parking on the beach. There are lots of dog walkers but also plenty of families etc. It's not really the kind of beach where you can go for a swim as for most of the day the water is really far out and there is dangerous mud, but great place just to relax a bit. And there are the remains of an old shipwreck which are interesting to look at. You can also take a walk through the dunes which are very interesting and a habitat to many birds. Cuckoos can apparently be found here but we didn't see any. Saw some.green finches. Long trousers are recommended for the circular walk as there are quite a lot of nettles and bramble.
Lovely for a stroll etc..but watch the tides and be wary where you walk take note of beach signage, other than that brilliant place for carrying out hobbies ie...metal detecting, drone flying, dog walking and photography.
The fest that your park on the beach is great. You park and claim your space. Great sand dunes for the kids to climb up and jump off. Don't expect to get a lot of time in the sea. The tide hours out really far and then there's sinking sand/mud which prevents you getting to it. The beach is patrolled to stop you venturing out that far. There's a lot of space to cycle, horse ride and pay games. On hot days there's usually an ice cream truck that drives up and down which I found amusing to hail it like a bus :) There are public toilets available near a cafe which are clean.
