This is a must do. I have done this trip twice now, the first time with my mum and the most recent with my daughter. I don't think I will ever get tired going it's such a beautiful experience being out on the sea even if I didn't see any pilot whales or dolphins. I've only seen pilot whales on both occasions but still the best experience. My daughter and I did the swim which we both enjoyed a lot, she had the paella and the banana liqueur drink which she really liked. I would recommend this to everyone get some travel sickness tablets just to make your time more enjoyable we both took them an hour before and had no problems.

If you have reservations about booking, please just book it up and enjoy yourself! We booked this as a party of ten, but had two unable to make it. We had ages from 18 months up to 65. The staff on the boat are absolutely fantastic. Super helpful, really accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. We booked the two hour trip with drinks and they were not right at all! Sangria and beers flowing constantly with plenty of choice for us non-drinkers and children. My little one was in a push chair, she was able to stay in it for the trip as due to the nature of a ship in motion she was unable to get up and walk around which is to be expected and there was plenty of space. We had 3 members of our party suffer with pretty bad sea sickness and the staff on the boat were super attentive and couldn’t have done enough for them. We were a bit reserved about booking due to the photos we have seen show the boat super busy. Our trip was in the kids holidays in October and although busy, it was totally bearable. Everyone on the boat was very accommodating and pleasant. After all everyone is there to enjoy themselves on their holidays. The swimming was fantastic, if a little busy. The rope swing was super fun, but my only point here would be that you’d have to be a pretty co rodent swimmer as there was a good bit waiting to get out and back into the boat. We did see a good number of pilot whales that was absolutely amazing to see! I always go on these things with the expectation of just a nice day out, but to see so many was utterly fantastic, the view of the volcano from the water is also amazing! If you’re considering booking, which if you are reading these reviews you clearly are, just get it booked and enjoy a memory you’ll treasure for a very long time! Thanks again for your fantastic customer service and making the whole experience so enjoyable! It’s also worth mentioning they speak very good English, German and French.

Great trip for a fair price. We took the pirate boat from los gigantes port, we received drinks and food included in the price. Indeed we saw a lot of people getting sick, disappointing. The staff was incredible friendly, we stopped near the bottom of Masca village for swimming and admiring the surroundings. We saw dolphins and whales near us. We were lucky.

Unbelievable experience! My family and I went on the Los Rápidos Dos which is one of their speedboats. What a magical and thrilling tour! Our guide, Lucas, was great fun and engaging, loved the information about the whales and the area, and he came across as excited as us. The views of the whales were unparalleled! We saw a massive group of pilot whales, almost close enough to touch, and lots of beautiful flying fish, as well as beautiful views of the island and the cliffs. I've never seen anything like it before and will be going again without hesitation if I'm back in the area. Thank you!

A wonderful two-hour trip! The two-hour ticket included drinks, a tour to see whales and dolphins, and finally a swim in the ocean — close to the boat, of course. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to the crew, Diego, Mauro, Aythami, and Hector for making it so enjoyable, and also to the lovely lady who helped us choose and book the tickets — she was very kind and helpful. I almost didn’t go because I tend to get motion sickness, but I took a tablet from the pharmacy, and it worked perfectly — I’m so glad I didn’t miss this amazing experience!

Wonderful trip on Los Rapidos. Lovely 2 hours with a great passionate guide. We saw loads of Dolphins, amazing views of the coast line with a gorgeous swim under the cliff. Highly recommend the trip!!!

We were a group of eight friends who booked a private tour with Rapido to see the whales, dolphins, and the cliffs of Los Gigantes — including a swimming stop. Our expectations were exceeded! We saw lots of dolphins, even flying fish, and the whole trip was incredibly fun and beautiful. Our guide, Luca, was fantastic — knowledgeable, entertaining, and made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Nice village, Los Gigantes. Steep hillside streets and many good restaurants. The harbour facility is today very untidy and harbor personel acting unpolite. Swell is quite strong. More small motor boats, 5 sailing yacht while we visited August 2019.

The parking is very very expensive, 4,23€ for 2 hours. Nevertheless the beach is beautiful.

Highly recommend, jet ski safari on the west of the island so if your staying near by no need to travel to Los christianos. We paid for tandem jets ski safari , small group of 4 jet skis led by tour guide in an inflatable rig , meet and get lifejackets and safety brief at the end of los gigantos marina , lockers are available and free of charge along with changing facilities and toilets. Guide speaks english, friendly and personable takes you out of the harbour to the moreed skis . Then you set off following the massive cliffs , plenty of opportunity to open up the throttle and fly across the waves . Guide then takes you into a couple of caves . Before continuing . He takes photos. Which are then sent on a link to email. After a switch of driver we made our way back again not sparing the horse power .fantastic location, great staff made for an absolute great experience. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time on the jet ski tour with Javi as our guide. The views were stunning, and the jet skis were great for both beginners and thrill-seekers. Javi made sure we had a blast, taking us to the best spots on the water. The showers afterward were a nice touch if you fell off or got splashed. Highly recommend this tour!

We cannot recommend this excursion enough. LOADS of fun! We took the 2-hour jet ski / paddle board excursion. The entire staff was great, but we especially loved the man who did our orientation before we left. He was very funny, and the information was reassuring. My one recommendation would be to give a little more information~ that you can put some personal items such as your phone on the party boat to use after the jet ski expedition. Our friends who saw pictures from this excursion back home were super impressed. They said we looked like James Bond! Forget the impressive factor; it's just amazing to jet ski next to Los Gigantes. It's worth every penny.

I recently had an incredible experience with West Tenerife on their Jet Ski excursion to Las Gigantes. The tour lasted approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and took us from Las Gigantes all the way to Punta de Teno, where we had the opportunity to admire the lighthouse. Along the way, we even had the thrilling experience of speeding through some caves. The jet skis provided were also high-performance, reaching speeds of up to 60 km/h.” I highly recommend this excursion as the views were absolutely breathtaking. Would highly recommend the West Tenerife. We went on the 2 hour kayaking trip really enjoyed it and the staff were great.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish on our 3 hour boat tour. Friendly staff at the office booked our trip, crew on the boat were welcoming and knowledgeable, and crew was extra kind when my son got seasick. They checked on us a few times and brought water and shared advice to feel better. They also shared tips for other things to see in Tenerife. We saw lots of pilot whales and enjoyed the swim in Masca Bay. You won’t regret booking your whale watching tour with them!

Great trip, excellent value for money. We saw the resident pod of pilot whales close up then a pod of dolphins came leaping by. The crew looked after us well and provided information when needed. On the way back they organised some great photos. We picked up a mooring right under the magnificent cliffs and popped in for a swim. Take goggles or a mask to see the shoals of fish swimming beneath you. Back to the harbour right on time. Great trip!

The worst tour company you could choose! We booked a trip with them with our 11-month-old baby. The staff clearly knew and saw that we had an infant. Yet, they put us on a small, fast boat that rocks heavily – completely unsuitable and unsafe for such a young child. Even the captain, who sails there every day and knows far better than the lady sitting behind the desk whether it’s safe or not, advised us not to take this boat! He was surprised they hadn’t offered us a larger vessel and clearly said it was unsafe for a baby. When we went to discuss this, the woman at the office said, “Well, you could see in the small picture that it was this type of boat.” She completely ignored the captain’s opinion and our safety concerns. All they care about is selling tickets, not the health or comfort of their passengers. We spent 3 hours there with our baby waiting for the trip, and the staff didn’t offer any kind of compensation. Zero empathy, zero responsibility. Strongly NOT recommended! They only care about making a sale, don’t care about an infant’s safety, and even ignore the advice of their own experienced captain.

We booked our Dolphin/Whale tour from our Hotel Landmar Playa La Arena. This was the second choice to Flipero UNO (the pirate boat) as they were fully booked for our date. However thinking back that was the best choice. We opted for the 3 hr tour. To Start with the staff - they were friendly and amazing. They were paying individual attention to every group in the boat. They were smiling , polite and respectful. When we stopped at the masaca for the swim, even though there were people who did not know swimming - they were encouraging by providing them life jackets so that the guests could enjoy the full experience. The boat itself was covered and this is why I say this was better choice than Flipero uno - because the heat (or rain) can be very intense- this boat being covered helps shield some of it. During our trip , it was very hot and the fact that we could get inside and take cover was great. We also saw dolphins and whales, had no time watching them swim over , and we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle on our way back. The cliffs were amazing and the lunch & drinks were good. Only thing was though they didn’t have any non aerated drinks like an orange juice and my 4 year old couldn’t drink anything - if you are with small kids or you don’t prefer a Pepsi/cola for your kid - carry a juice carton so that they don’t feel left out. Overall a great experience

I had the most amazing experience with this excursion company! We went on two dolphin-watching trips, and both times, we were lucky enough to spot dolphins. It was truly magical on both occasions. The first excursion was a 2-hour trip on the Gladiator, followed by a 3-hour journey on the Nashira Uno. The team was absolutely fantastic and took great care of all the guests, especially the children – they were adorable! My daughter was pampered throughout the trip. I can't recommend this company enough for their excellent service and unforgettable dolphin encounters.

An amazing couple of hours. Credit to the crew of the Gladiator U, as they were very friendly and a lot of fun. The dolphins were amazing, topped off with swimming off the beach of La Masca and taking in the stunning cliffs. Fantastic value for money.

Absolutely fantastic! the captain and the guide did a great job, made a great atmosphere and excitement, told us few stories about the whales, Masca and other. We took the 2hr boat Gladiator U and really enjoyed the whole journey, would deffo recommend it!

Absolutely fabulous place. The staff are lovely, Very helpful and friendly. We loved the live music, they have great singers and the atmosphere is so nice, to get people in the mood for holidays! We didn't eat in restaurant because we wanted to eat the more local cuisine and this place does more traditional English pub food. But we did have a full English (but should really say Irish 😜) breakfast and it was absolutely fabulous, it is cooked to order so there is some waiting time, but it is totally worth it. Another day I had what was probably the best Coronation chicken sandwich I've ever had! It's to d3e for! 😍 my husband had loaded fries and they were incredible too, and there's no calories whatsoever 😂 It's well worth a visit, to the pub or for the best Coronation chicken sandwich you'll ever have!

Didn't eat but had three great pints of Lager 🍻 watched Wales v Sth Africa outside, Euros on inside ⚽. Cash only Payment but when on Jollies 👍 Jasmin was Stella, never stops, serving Drinks and Food like she's on rails ❤️. Prices good Lager €2:85 ☺️. Different People there just enjoy 🌞

One of our group ordered a Cesar Salad as they were on a health kick and the croutons were bits of deep fried bread! Never seen that before!! Flat atmosphere, poorly prepared food. Staff seemed decent.

The food at this place has changed. Not as good as it has been. I had chicken skewers the chicken was cold. Canerian potatoes were obviously pre cooked a while as were all hard from being warmed up. My husband had steak and kidney pie which was soggy and gravy was runny. We were very Disappointed the staff didn't seem to care, never came over to see if everything was OK. We won't eat there again.

Excellent for food, drink and entertainment. Upstairs has a very nice restaurant with very welcoming staff. Food is awesome and well priced (see photos). Down stairs has a wide range of drinks and spirits. Just be aware during entertainment the staff can jump on you for table service once you have finished your drink. Well recommended.

Sheila, Angela, Chris, Steve and Carol are an experienced team of divers. They are highly knowledgeable about search and recovery, rescue, navigation, charts, and all diving skills. They are friendly and planned our dives to build our skills, experience, and see as much wildlife as possible! A garden of eels, barracudas in a cave, lava tube, arches, drift dives, parrot fish, rays, and much more!! Only a team who know the area could show you this. A safe boat and great boat handling skills too. Really fun experience!!

I would like to thank Sheila, Angie and Chris for a great diving exsperiance, I did my PADI open water certificate with them last week, very impressed with their center and equipment and how they ran the course and their knowledge of the locol dive sites was supperb. They are well stocked with everything you need to dive no need to bring your own equipment (not that i have any at the moment) I will be going back to do the Advance Open Water course there. I used to be a BSAC sport diver 30+ years ago so I do have knowledge of dive centers and courses.

We chose the 2 hour session which was 25 euros each. The staff were fantastic and it is a great experience. My partner loved every second of it although for me the mask leaked water in ( not the fault of the centre but mine as I have a moustache and beard that I thought I'd trimmed enough). We saw an array of fish whilst doing this experience and we would definitely recommend. Once I've had a good shave we shall be trying the scuba diving

I do not recommend this diving centre. I’ve visited many such places, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience. The waiting times were extremely long, and the changing facilities were unclean and poorly maintained. It’s unacceptable that the lighting is so inadequate—surely a simple €5 light bulb could resolve this. There was no guidance provided to first-time divers; several individuals were struggling to put on wetsuits—some even wore them inside out. The equipment provided was worn-out and dirty, which raises safety concerns. The dive itself lasted only 30 minutes, and we saw no marine life—just rocks. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that left a negative impression and ruined what was supposed to be a highlight of the day.

I had a great experience diving here completing both my open water and advanced diving courses, with knowledgable and experienced diving instructors. I planned to only do the open water course, but due to the patient and good quality teaching I also did the advanced course. Saw a huge variety of wildlife including rays, octopuses and even a shark! Would recommend to anyone!

Safe diving at the for of the beautiful cliffs. New BCD fitted brilliantly, fast RIB to the dive sites, with surface cover on the boat whilst we dived. Lovely fish life!!
