I love this place. I never get skunked here. I've caught 3 peacock bass (tucunaré), 3 piranhas, and one tilapia. The water is clean, the scenery is pleasant, and it's always fairly peaceful on the lake. My only gripe is that they're isn't a single public restroom.

The architecture might seem strange at first sight, but the inside is beautiful, mostly carved in wood. I like to go on Sunday morning for the 10:30 am mass, because they play organ (a simple one, but still, amazing) and there is the elderly coral. I feel good inside the cathedral.

The Garden it self is a well preserved and really nice place to spend some time on a walk or even doing a picnic with your family and friends. On the other hand. People also do hangout on the streets leading in and out the Garden main gate. The problem is that those streets form the only path to get there, so some times it's a bit crowded . Besides that, the street is also used to ride bikes, skateboards. Play with RC cars. The worst part is that those streets are also used to teach people how to drive a car or motorcycle and that's could cause a bunch of accidents. And the place (especially when it's darker) kinda has no security at all, with very few cops passing by occasionally.

It's a good place to visit if you enjoy hiking, other than that there's not much to see except a huge green area.

Had a lovely picnic here. Don't miss the walk through the bamboo forest / trail, breathtakingly different - memorizing for a 'country girl' from the States. :)
