Pleasant walking area, with lawns and walking paths, lots of trees, large areas to be explored. Keep dogs leashed.
I was a student here. Came back to see how it was doing. Glad to see that it is well kept. Still a unique and beautiful university.
If you want to just walk, play sports or enjoy nature and breathe deeply to forget quarantines and confinements, it is a very good alternative 💕🌄💕 just make sure you carry your coffee 😉
Beautiful place always, so different during the summer holidays.
Lovely campus, friendly students, and some good cheap places tp eat nearby.

Great experience. Very well taken care and, surprisely FREE. Loved the Casa de Arte
A beautiful mural with extensive information about the artists who created it.
A must see whenever in Concepcion. Free to visit, it has a permanent collection and two temporary exhibitions at most times. Also it houses a mural that greets and amazes as one enters the building, depicting Latin American history. A small store is a great place to buy souvenirs or gifts, featuring items by local crafters and artists. Coffee shop inside is also worth stopping at for a treat.
We were greeted by a nice host/volunteer from the University who gave us a tour
Great museum/gallery with paintings from local and international artists. It is a small place, but definitely worth a visit if you are in Concepción.
One of Concepción hidden gems. Clean, free and quiet place to admire Latin American art. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful too.
Such a beautiful collection of art including the famous mural "Presencia de América Latina" (Presence of Latin America), painted in the lobby of the art house , by Mexican artist Jorge González Camarena between November 1964 and April 1965, its principal theme is the unity and brotherhood of the different Latin American cultures. You also can admire unique paints of well known Chilean artists as Pedro Lira, Onofre Jarpa, Valenzuela Llanos, etc. Most of them of XX, XIX, XVIII centuries. Unmissable visit in Concepción .

The mansion is located on the top of the hill between the valley of Concepcion and the BioBio river mouth. The house is full of collectibles that the original owner brought from his trips around the world. One of the most impressive ones is a mommy. You can’t take pictures of the collection. Because of the earthquake, about 70% of the house is closed, and most of the collection was moved to the west side. The park give you access to the river mouth. Which is a very spectacular beach with rocks. The last part of the river is used for windsurfing.
Home and museum of Senor Zanartu. World traveler and collector-- amazing amount of collection from all over and hence a look at the world around 1880... before all the good souvenirs had been scooped up. Some intriguing pieces. Apparently had a lot of time and money. He built, we're told, the house, garden and the elaborate labyrinth around the base of the hill-now sadly neglected--but suggestions of wealth are the big chopped down trees, view of his property, extensive garden layout. (Mostly untended now) and the spacious layout. Gardeners should not see this. Not to be obsessive but it begs for restoration. No using your iPhone for fear of photos. Some labels can't be translated as a result. Guide attaches herself at entrance - only Spanish. Tip expected.
Excellent collections from all over the world. Pedro del Rio Zanartu was quite the world traveler, and the museum chronicals this. Cases and cases of amazing artifacts from India, China, Italy, Greece, Egypt, US... You name it. Everywhere. Seeing the mummy up close was cool. The building was Senor Zanartu's residence. The grounds contain beautiful hiking trails. Wonderful day trip. Superior and passionate commentary from Oskar who guided our tour. He loves this place too.
The views were the best; the simplicity of the quiteness among the trees was very calming
Gorgeous, surprisingly huge collection from Zañartu’s travels across the world.
This is a very nice park with the highlight being convenient and beautiful access to the Pacific. Also a nice hike out to a point where you can see the mouth of the Bio Bio very well. The manor house and its gardens are delightful, and the collections interestingly eclectic. Some earlier reviews spoke of trash and lack of care, but neither was the case on my visit. The manor house does need care, but to the good it seems to be beginning a renovation.
Lovely place,interesting museum.
The place exceeds expectations. There are very rare and intriguing items from all parts of the world. Very beautiful location. The coin collection is interesting. The building is cool, with nice smell and logical order of items. There are also two museum rooms with original order inside.

A very beautiful and well equipped park to connect with nature. There are restrooms along the way. You can arrive to the summit for a longer way following the Einstein route from U de Concepción.
Nice enough park but what sets it off is the great variety of play gear for the 1-8 year-olds. Check the pix. Also has Alaire Restolounge -- just the thing for adults while kids are out playing hard.
Great place to walk with you family, sometimes there's activities and very near of downtown where you can find all you need
Scenic and safe with police monitoring up in the hill. Many paths good for running and off-road biking. Great views.
Park with hidden historical places, full of movement and nice view. We parked our car and for around $6 we got out car full washed.
Nice urban park, location is excellent, there is lots of kids playground equipment, a basketball court, table tennis, chess; good for walking, biking, there is a small museum within, lots of grassy areas to chill, exercise equipment and a a skate park.
This is a perfect place to come with your children, there are playgrounds for all kids (2 to 13 years old) plus, adults also can have fun doing trekking or just relaxing in the park. There are playgrounds for wheelchairs too, so I really recommend you to come!!. Last but not least, there many food trucks and some restaurants over the place so just have fun! P. S: there is a museum and it's free to visit
This is a "must visit" place in Concepción, it's a beautiful long park that stretches from the river to the University of Concepción. It has a skate park, games for kids, exercise machines, picnic tables under giant trees, it even has a working waterpark in summer. All around a great place to enjoy by yourself or with family and friends

Spacious shopping mall. Variety of warm/winter clothing of excellent quality, including Chilean brands. Shoes stores. Book stores, plenty of food, coffee, and cakes offers. There is pharmacy, and Jumbo supermarket is also connected to this mall.
It is good, and the people is very friendly and service minded. It has the most.
Nice and popular mall. Parking is tight and a bit spendy. Banks, pharmacies, junk food, lots of little stores. I didn't spot any nicer restaurants but that doesn't mean there aren't any. I do recommend.
Enjoyed the moment and just wanted to see 👀
A really good place to go with family or alone, variety of prices, there's always place to park
Very nice mall in Concepcion, Chile. Many stores to choose from and a great selection of food stands.
Nice place but paying with finnish credit cards is stressing at least in Zara and H&M. Payments usually does not get connection to the bank. In other malls my cards are always accepted.
Had a great time with friends shopping and fun.

Best mall of conception, amazing sale and excellent collection.
You can't find any shoes sizes 50 to 51 in here.. I've already checked every store, and there are still kind staffs and plenty of helpful people inside
Not so good for shopping. But food court is good.
Convenient place to do a quick shopping for winter clothes or shoes. There is a 🛒 supermarket, public toilets, a food court and a pharmacy. It's open 7 days a weeks until 9pm.
It's okay, just a few things left, it's medium/a bit little
Small size Mall, but you'll find pretty much what you need and at a walking distance from downtown.
If you're in Concepción, this is an excellent place to satisfy your consumerism.
