There is dirt road access to the park entrance at the top that is shorter, or a longer non dirt road route. After the entrance there is a little bit of dirt road to the parking. Once parked, the hikes are amazing!! Loved my time here!

If you have the opportunity to see the canion, GO! I took a ton of pictures, and I don't think any of those shots does justice. I had my 20lb son strapped to my chest for this hike. I suggest being in good health if you plan to reach to the top. I may not try hiking that for another 10 years when my son can walk himself up that thing. At the top is a view like no other.

The most beautiful part of this place is the nature. Therefore there's no have safe structure for your children or pets. There's no signals or posts of directions on the road. The road that we used was very straight. But, I have a good point to explain: the view is exciting! And there's a lot of plant types. You'll take a lot of photos on end of the day, when the sun is running away.
