Had a blast at this children's farm and park! The little ones will love the animal encounters and fairytales. However, some areas felt a bit run-down with lots of renovations going on. On the plus side, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Worth noting: be prepared to get messy! Don't overdress, trust me, you won't want to worry about stains. – a fun day out for kids, but maybe not perfect for everyone.

We loved this place. Really interactive for kids all the way round to keep them entertained. My little one loved it, especially milking the cow, ducky races and the dinosaur that comes out the water. Only down side was some of the chickens looked a bit distressed as they had plucked their feather out.

What an amazing place ! After reading few reviews on the place, i wasn't quite sure if 1 h and 45 minutes of driving would worth, but the answer is YES! When you think you've seen it all, something unexpected grabs you! It goes on and on and on! Fantastic is all i could say! My both kids ( aged 9 and 1 ) absolutely loved it! Free parking on site!

similar to recent reviews; rough around the edges but staff (those that were there!) were friendly and helpful. the newer adventure play ground equipment was great and kids had a great time. the animal area was also fun but it's a long walk back through the ENTIRE site to get to the cafe/entrance/exit. lots of areas could do with a clean and general maintenance, some animals look like they need some extra care, not sure I counted more than 5 staff when we were there today. overall a bit underwhelming as we were expecting more, given the high rating. don't expect a full day of activities and bring a packed lunch too... expensive for what you get. the Old Shed or Cogges Farm would be a better choice for parents and kids alike. glad we visited but not sure if we will be back.

Gorgeous little farm with a sprinkle of magic. Lovely theming and the playgrounds are beautifully designed - really impressed with how clean and well presented they were. Plenty to see with fairy trails and hidden areas to explore (light cavern with a play kitchen at the end!) - we spent 4 hours there and didn't even get round to the end. More suitable for under 8s. 2 criticisms - there's only 1 set of toilets near the entrance, so go before you explore the rest of the farm. And some of the exhibits need a little tlc, you can definitely see the age on some. But otherwise a lovely day out with a fun magical twist on a family farm (and the mini softplay is just beautiful). Probably not one for wet weather however...

so it's fairly small, some aspects are a little tired but there is a short fairly tale walkthrough, a dinosaur walk through, some parks and then a small farm. you get to do some animal interactions as well. it's probably not a full day out, but is small and staff are friendly and helpful.

What an absolute joke! We paid over £50 for a family of 4, which is a good £45 over what it’s worth. The first area was old and broken, and actually verging on plain creepy. The 2nd part which was a playground was all shut off and inaccessible. This would’ve been one of 2 play areas, but the other one was all metal and far too slippery to actually use after the rain. The dinosaur area was what attracted us in the first place but this was two dinosaurs with one “dig for fossils” area and that was it. There were no rides as implied by the map, and the farm was good, though I very much worry about one of the alpacas. This is basically an overpriced, miserable collection of ducks, pigs, sheep, rabbits and an alpaca. Edit after business response: Firstly I love how the business has put more effort into their response than the actual farm itself. As you can see from my pictures, there was almost half of the play area out of order, not just the mushroom (at least substantially more had red tape around it). The huff and puff “playground” was not what I was referring to. The main play area for younger children by the unused rail track was too slippery to use, so there was nowhere for this age group to play outside. The inside play area is very small and was absolutely packed as this was the only area available for younger children. In regards to the dinosaurs… exactly. There’s a handful of “dinosaurs” but I wouldn’t call it an area and the map made it seem like there was far more to do. It’s essentially a glorified and somewhat creepy walk. You may not advertise rides as such but it looks like this is what the numbered things are on the map. The reality is incredibly disappointing. Your only visible alpaca had an injured leg and was hobbling about. Other parents also expressed their concerns. Apologies I didn’t list all the animals above, but one of a few types of bird hardly covers what was advertised and most animals are in shelters far from where people can go, so you can’t see them. What a disappointing response to go alongside a disappointing day.

Beautiful spot, well maintained and looked after. Car parking is good. Lots of history to discover. I love the folklore, the energy up at the stones is off the scale. Love love love !! And to top it off there is an amazing crystal shop just down the road !

Spiritual, mystical morning, exactly what my Pagan soul needed . I felt a little sad I couldn't touch the King stone and even more sad a road runs between the stones.... it was lovely to see however that the stones and surrounding areas are well cared for...

Brilliant volunteers who really brought our visit to life! The kids were given dowsing rods to detect the energy in the field - they were hooked and even the more cynical teenagers and adults in our group who had a go with them enjoyed the experience! There are information boards if you prefer to self-guide around the three main attractions. Beautiful setting, rolling landscape. Definitely worth stopping in here if you're in the area.

A magical, peaceful spot with deep history. The Rollright Stones are beautifully maintained, and it’s easy to spend time wandering among the King’s Men stone circle, the Whispering Knights, and the King Stone. The honesty box entry feels fair and not mandatory. The views across the rolling countryside are spectacular, especially in soft light. There is limited parking, and the road nearby can be quite busy, so go early if you can to avoid crowds. Also, signage from the road is a little inconspicuous, so keep an eye out. Overall: well worth a stop if you’re exploring the Oxfordshire/Cotswolds area — atmospheric, historic, and surprisingly moving.

Cool place to visit with several stone sites within a close walk of each other. There’s a lay-by for parking outside but tends to be busy (not ideal for low/sports cars) there’s a garden centre 15 mins walk away with lots of parking, coffee and a deli which I preferred. The stones themselves require some imagination but the main stone circle is largely complete. Ideal stop in for a couple of hours, with plenty of country walks around. Great views too!

Spiritual uplifting and beautiful location with historical significance. Full of myth and legend of old. Healing can be experienced from the stones if you feel a deeper connection.

Very much a community based arts centre with a wide variety of entertainment and world class annual pantomime. The seating doesn't always allow great viewing. The staff are really lovely.

Now also a wedding venue - and what a fantastic one it is! Got married at the Theatre in July 2023 and the experience was wonderful. The staff could not have been more attentive or helpful, it was a glorious day for everyone!

Beautiful theater converted from Salvation Army citadel. Intimate atmosphere and very friendly staff. Fantastic range of plays to see a great little venue with a good selection of drinks and snacks to be had before the show and at the interval . My only issue with the theater is that all of the seats are at the same level so if you have someone tall in front of you it might be a little difficult to see whats going on on the stage

Wonderful little theatre. Watched Dear Zoo with my 4 year old. He absolutely loved it! There's free parking just a 5 min walk from the theatre and it's easy to find. Very small and cute but you need to book in advance!

Great theatre created in the 1960. It has pantos, plays and drama workshops for children taking place at the weekend and during school holidays. Children rehearse a show then perform it in front of their family.

Lovely small Victorian era theatre with good views & sound , not much leg room upstairs on the side balconies, a decent bar , free WI-FI & friendly staff.

The really rather excellent panto staged every year is an absolute must for a show sometime between November and January. However the theatre also puts on some other very good shows throughout the year: comedy, drama, cinema - all shown in the wonderful old world atmosphere of the theatre in Chippy.

We popped in to have a look round a couple of weeks ago. While there some nice antiques, the people behind the desk and employees seem to not want you there. Felt like we were being herded at one point. I know people have a job to do, but a hello and a smile goes a long way.

Antiques centre spread over two floors, 12 or so car parking spaces. Medium size antiques emporium. Some modern pieces for sale. Personally, I think thought prices are on the high side but maybe a reflection of the area. No vintage clothing for sale. No cafe nor toilet facilities.

Called in today as on a bit of a circular route whilst on holiday in the cotswolds. Looked around every display. Found something we liked left it at the desk whilst we completed the tour. On returning and about to purchase I took the amount out of my wallet to be told I couldn't pay cash. Comment was made by the fella behind the counter that they don't have a bank. Now I realise that a lot of bank branches have closed and this continues all over the country including where we live in Yorkshire. I'm sorry to say but I think they don't have a clue! We use the post office to put cash in the bank, it is very easy and depending on your account can cost a bit less than card payment transactions. We will lose them too if we don't use them! We run a business which I would guess turns over a fair bit more than this place so it's not that I don't know what I'm on about! For my holidays and we are away for our 30th wedding anniversary we take some money out of the bank and budget with that. So that works for us. Some people don't have the same choices and I am totally and utterly disappointed that they get excluded when it's just laziness. At least put a prominent sign up on the outside so I wouldn't have wasted an hour! Put it on your website prominent position too or just stop being so slack and look after your customers. Time to turn over a new leaf I think!

It is a lovely place to meet with friends and have a walk around, find some nice things, enjoy a cup of tea and cake. The place is done with great taste, suitable for a wide range of customers. Sellers occupy different areas so one can notice the different styles. Linens, objects, furniture, glass, jewellery, and much more. Probably best for adults, not a lot for children to do. I have been in the past and what I found this time is that the prices of objects most of the time are quite high (hence my average scoring), compared to other places. It is perfect for people who can afford it and want no hassle in reconditioning or renovating old pieces in most cases, and love the shabby-chic look, ready to go. Others can get inspiration on how to update old things. There is a small, free, carpark outside.

Lots of interesting antiques packed into two floors. Most a bit expensive but there are some cheaper bargains if you look hard. Great inspiration if you're looking for ideas. Lovely tea shop with gluten free options and friendly staff.

we had the most wonderful Sloth encounter today. As a treat for our daughter (who adores Sloths) we booked in for a Sloth petting session. My wife us in a wheelchair but Barbara and Cally were un fazed and quickly rearranged the planned visit to accommodate us in a different room which in fact made the experience all the better. Cally has a rare passion for her role and her passion is matched by her intimate knowledge of the animals. We could have listened to her all day. An Absolutely brilliant morning and worth every penny. Very much recommended and worth visiting..we are booking in for a full tour ASAP.

Had our second experience there today. Just as amazing as the first one! Callie was outstanding, really knew her stuff and kept engaged the whole time. The penguins were so active and really friendly. Were already deliberating on what our next experience will be.

We had an amazing penguin feeding experience! Lovely centre and our leader was fantastic, super knowledgeable and so caring! We have some amazing photos and a certificate to put on display at home. Would recommend booking an experience if you are in the area!

My husband surprised me with a one on one experience with my favourite animal a sloth. She was absolutely beautiful and Barbara who was running the experience was so knowledgeable but more importantly she has such a passion and care for the animals making the experience even more enjoyable. Even at the first greeting upon arrival we met Harry who was friendly and warm. Organised, calm and friendly the whole time we were there. Loved it. Thankyou guys :-) Debs and Paul.

Had an exclusive tour with my family today which must be booked in advance . Most amazing place with very knowledgeable staff. Great variety of animals, loads of time to ask questions and also feed penguins, tigers and zebras. Would highly recommend a visit if you are an animal lover it is an experience of a life time.

Had the best time feeding tigers and meeting squirrel monkeys yesterday for my husbands birthday. I paid for two experiences and we had an absolute blast. Though the tigers were absolutely majestic and we loved out time with them, the monkeys stole our hearts. The lady who took us on our experiences was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and really wanted us to get the best of our day. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! From booking the voucher to setting up the day was amazing, Beowulf was absolutely stunning and such a gentle boy! Me and my partner both thoroughly enjoyed giving him belly rubs and I think he enjoyed them too. We can't wait to book another experience soon with them!

A simple place for a swim. My hour of swimming was £8.25 and there’s a fast and slow lane. The grass area is simple but cute as it’s really green and there’s loads of trees around, there were lots of families enjoying the sun. There’s also a cafe. In hot weather you definitely need a booking or they won’t have a space. Staff was friendly. I do think it’s ridiculous to ask money to use a hairdryer in a swimming facility, that was unexpexted.

Excellent outdoor pool, went mid week on a sunny day during relaxed session and was quiet. Good cafe as well for after swim lunch

What a great asset this place is to Chipping Norton. A really lovely little find with water at 28°c perfect for a post August Bank holiday swim. Theres plenty of picnic tables and seat and a large under cover area. The Cafe has a great choice too with snacks and coffee, tea hot chocolate. Changing rooms are clean and private.

The Lido's brand new winter season is an epic addition to the town. Being able to continue to swim outside beyond September is brilliant in itself and I can't wait to add in a sauna session too as it gets colder. Meanwhile, something warming from the lovely café has sufficed.

I visited this beautiful lido in Chipping Norton in August 2025 - I was travelling a fair way and pre-booked an early bird sessions - 4 lanes and a maximum of 8 swimmers - so 2 per lane. The session I booked was not fully booked and shared a lane for a while Separate ladies and gents (showers and toilets and lockers) - lovely atmosphere and the staff were great Parking is available It is a residential area - please support this community asset and use it if you can

We enjoyed a great afternoon at the pool, with an 8 yr old we are teaching to swim. The pool was busy, but other pool users were all aware of various levels of swimmers. Changing rooms clean and pool was good temp Staff very friendly. Cafe was a great excuse for a coffee and some chips afterwards 🙂
