My husband had looked at all the local wine tasting spots in Nuits Saint Georges and said Moillard had one of the best ratings, so we went. We were met by Celine who was so helpful and lovely. Her English was great. She helped us choose which wines to taste and how many! She explained everything about the grapes and the different soils, the different wines and their flavours. Then we had a little tour to the tanks where the wine is fermented and then to the cave where the wine was stored in the barrels. She fielded so many questions from us, it was fascinating. We loved it and the wine was sensational. Sadly we are cycling from dijon to maçon and don't have room for any wine but we would highly recommend the wine and the tour to others.
