Be sure to try tasting the currant liqueur. And be sure to try tasting a fifteen percent liqueur and a twenty percent liqueur to understand how much better the 20% tastes and is richer. The price difference is small. If you've ever been to a winery and taken a tour, then a tour is not necessary. Only if you really want it. We love excursions so we visited here. The production of currant liqueur in such quantity and quality is definitely one of a kind. So if you are in the region, be sure to visit. I liked the service.
Did a cocktail making class with them during the off season. They were very nice to accommodate us even though nothing was scheduled. We had a great time tasting the various liquors then made a nice cocktail none of us had tried before. All in all a great experience and we all left with bottles and memories.
Super friendly staff who were very accommodating. We speak English but managed to join the French tour (so we didn't miss out) and were provided with English text and on the side help from our friendly tour guide who did speak English. It was a great tasting and very informative and interactive.
Really interesting tour, with a complete tasting of the products at the end, the guide Aurore was extremely friendly and helpful.
A 'must see' attraction for the family. Plenty of free parking, and wheel chair friendly entrance at La Cassissium. The wonderful smells of fruit fill the factory. Huge fruit pressed, mega barrels, bigger than a swimming pool with special fruity drinks maturing. Fun for kids too with lots of drawers to open, test-tubes of fruit syrups, bugs that live on fruit. The fun was trying the different flavours in the bar guided by Auroare, who knew everything about fruity drinks!
Excellent museum about the history of cassis and black currant production. Exquisite design, helpful employees and the opportunity to taste-test sirups after the tour. Well-sorted shop with all 49 produced sirups besides the cassis, some of them difficult to find elsewhere. Recommended!
Lots of drinks to try and they’re all good! The personnel were knowledgeable of their products and there is a wide selection of those as well.
Our family of 5 had an enjoyable time at Le Cassissium. Although we missed out on the tour, we had a splendid Cassis liquor tasting experience thanks to our host, Jules. Jules was fluent in English and knowledgeable as he answered our many questions. He was also very friendly and enthusiastically introduced us to different combinations of blackcurrant/ cassis liquours. Thanks very much Jules!

Informative experience and tasting. Big parking lot and easily accessible.
No warning about facilities malfunction before entry. We stood in the dark listened for pure audio for at least half an hour. Wine at tasting session was told to be a week old with only vacuum preservation. Either they were preserved badly or they were not a good selection. Reflected to the staff she said it’s normal and she could do nothing. Total waste of time, not recommended for tourists.
This is the worst wine experience I had in France. I took a sommelier course in Bordeaux and I had WSET 3. I am working in the wine industry. I have been to different wine regions in France to learn about wines before, Bordeaux, Chateauneuf-du-pape, and other Southern Rhône Valley regions, Chablis, Bandol, Provence, etc, this is the first time my friends and I were so disappointed. It was a waste of time! Strongly not recommended for tourists and any wine lovers. 1. Non-functional display room and exhibition items There were three display rooms telling the history of Burgundy wine, however, there was one totally out of order, and we were forced to stay in the darkness seeing nothing with some recording sounds for around 15 minutes. They informed us one part of the exhibition was not working very well but didn't tell us we had to stay in the darkness for that long. Moreover, in the museum about the winemaking of Champagne, some of the display screens and exhibition games were broken. 2. Unprofessional staff The staff did the wine tasting with us was very unprofessional. First of all, she couldn't speak any English. If they failed to explain anything during the tasting in English, they had better inform us at the beginning, as 4 out of 5 in my group are English speakers. Moreover, the price of the tickets (25 euros per person) was not cheap, we expected them to give us some useful introduction about the wines the terroir, and the difference among the wines. At a place for wine tourism, I don't think this is acceptable. We went to a museum to learn something but in the end, we learned nothing. 3. Spoiled wine samples for tasting!!! The most terrible thing came. We tasted 5 wines. 4 of them tasted stale. The staff told us that some bottles were opened for one week and one for 4 days. They were opened way too long. The acidity of the wine was too sharp in an unpleasant way. The wine tasted too oxidized. The mousse of the crémant of Bourgogne we tasted lost. It tasted so flat. The staff insisted that their wines were okay after one week of opening even after we complained about the wines. We spend 25 euros per person not to taste some spoiled wine, please! We were awfully disappointed with the wines and service. They wasted the wine and our time.
Definitely not what I expected, it was even better. The tour through the three rooms of history was completely in German and we learned a lot of things. You really can see and feel they took their time and put a lot of love and fun in it. The wine tasting was also very pleasing. We had five wines, one sparkling, two whites and two reds. She gave us all of the information we needed and took time to explain, answer questions and talk to us. Can’t relate to the bad reviews, especially if you complained about standing during the tasting, don’t be lazy (except the handicapped obviously) Highly recommend the place.
(Translated by Google) A very beautiful museum and a very nice tasting of 3 wines. Friendly staff. Too bad the bubble part was closed for work (Original) Un très beau musée et une très belle dégustation de 3 vins . Un personnel sympathique. Dommage que la partie bulle était fermé pour travaux
(Translated by Google) The Imaginarium and we had a great time. The tour route is really very well designed: a magnificent immersive circuit with light shows, image projections and characters who tell the story of vines and wine in a lively and captivating way. The collection presented is rich, with beautiful pieces and clear explanations of the difficulties encountered at the time and the solutions provided over time. Even for people who don't know much about it, everything remains very understandable and accessible. At the end of the visit, we were treated to a tasting of a crémant, a white wine and a red — a real pleasure to conclude the experience. Small downside: at certain times, the sound is a little weak, which can make it difficult to hear all the explanations. But this in no way spoils the quality of the visit. I highly recommend this experience to all curious people and wine lovers!

Had a great tasting! We were asked about any preferences at first and we mentioned some styles we had tried and liked, also in terms of ratio of white and red was totally up to us, so it felt like a tasting for wine enthusiasts. Afterwards, I had some other bottles I wanted to try and it was no problem. Very nice experience, highly recommended!
Decent wine tasting for the price (12€/person). Staff tried their best but lacked deep knowledge. Some enjoyable wines to sample. Bottle prices higher than expected, not true "direct from producer" rates. Overall, an okay experience if you're looking for a basic tasting in Bourgogne.
Its a 10 out of 10 great experience and wonderful place to visit . People is just out of this World for their knowledge and way of teaching about the unique universe of wine of Burgundy . It is our second visit coming from America in 2023 and today 2025 as a family trip of 6 people . We just got 18 bottles of fantástic Burgundy WINES ! .Best of the world !
My husband had looked at all the local wine tasting spots in Nuits Saint Georges and said Moillard had one of the best ratings, so we went. We were met by Celine who was so helpful and lovely. Her English was great. She helped us choose which wines to taste and how many! She explained everything about the grapes and the different soils, the different wines and their flavours. Then we had a little tour to the tanks where the wine is fermented and then to the cave where the wine was stored in the barrels. She fielded so many questions from us, it was fascinating. We loved it and the wine was sensational. Sadly we are cycling from dijon to maçon and don't have room for any wine but we would highly recommend the wine and the tour to others.
An absolutely amazing experience !! They feature some of the best wines from Burgandy and have great pricing. Be sure to book a tasting. You won’t be disappointed!
Lovely one hour tour and wine tasting we took the €25 with the grand crue It was worth the extra cost to truly taste great wines. Olivier was wonderful spoke very good English and answers all our questions. Definitely would recommend it highly. Nuits st George is a delightful village with good places for lunch. A good stop for a couple of hours.
The big wine tasting (6 wines) is highly recommended as it gives you a broad variety of different ”classes”, as well as years of regular vs. ”great years”. We had a wonderful experienced woman as our wine tasting guide, who spoke English very well. They do ship bottles to most countries. The picture is from their wine cellar. Thank you for a lovely experience!
Very nice winery with great workers. All speak English. They have a lot of wines you can taste and they go trough the whole process, explain the Appellations and eveything. And they are patient and even if you are a kit late - it’s not a problem :)

The products are absolutely superb! Beurre de Cassis is fantastic, I have never tasted anything like this before. Sure the excellent quality costs money, but you know for what you pay. Sylvain - the farm owner - is very friendly and speaks good english. The only thing we regret is that we bought not too much - we should have bought more! Hopefully our ways will lead us to Bourgogne again and we visit this awesome shop once more!
Awesome little shop. Owner was very nice and was able to explain all of the products to us in English when our limited French failed. Try the cassis ketchup!
Very kind and helpful. Nice product. I recommend it
Nice juices and syrups

Stéphane, the manager, demonstrated a contagious passion for his wines and great expertise, which made this tasting both enriching and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of purchasing a few bottles, and I am delighted with the quality and authenticity of the products offered. I highly recommend this place to all wine lovers, for the friendliness, expertise, and passion that reign here. A big thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience! Je recommande vivement ce lieu à tous les amateurs de vins, pour la convivialité, le savoir-faire et la passion qui y règnent. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle expérience !
This was the worst wine tasting experience I have had in burgundy. We were 3 couples, each couple looking to buy about 12-24 bottles and I have never encountered such unfriendliness and rudeness from the host. They clearly don’t want you there nor your money, so definitely recommend not to visit this one.
(Translated by Google) What a funny business strategy…. The day before yesterday I called their number indicating that I would come by on the 15th to buy wine, their answering machine indicated that they were closed until the 9th, perfect it was the 15th, and the message then said to call a cell phone if necessary. I called this cell phone 3 times which went straight to messaging and obviously no call back from them. Once arrived, door closed, no message, you definitely understand everything about customer service!!! I did my shopping at the neighboring cellar and am doing very well. Bravo for the great communication and customer listening (Original) Quelle drôle stratégie commerciale…. J ai appelé 3 fois ce portable qui basculait direct en messagerie et évidemment aucun rappel de leur part.
