A unique experience with thermal showers ( not baths or pools ) and water - claimed as the oldest SPA in the world. Stunning views from the upper garden (you need to pay extra). Though the stuff at the skincare corner could be a bit more polite and friendly and give something better than moisturising cream for the facial paid. Don’t forget to bring your own refillable container if you want to drink their healing water otherwise need to buy there a drink and keep a glass. Enjoy the day! Your skin and hair feel amazing after!

Already the Greeks and Romans used the water of Nitrodi, considered sacred given its soothening, beautifying and therapeutic properties for skin, hair and well-being in general (recognised by medicine to date). The benefits of Nitrodi thermal water are felt by every cell of your body immediately and with gratitude of perception of health, beauty and peace of mind. This is certainly not one of those typical thermal parks with hundreds of people bathing in open pool areas, and I am sure that exactly because the “idea” of perfect “private” shower you can have there makes it so very special. The nature there is very beautiful, shy and silent. Incredible atmosphere and pure delight for a human being. Absolutely worth spending at least some time there to appreciate it all.

Beautiful setting, so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were all so kind. We turned up as a large group for our friends hen, they found a special space for us so we could all relax together and not disturb other guests. And even did a special facial for our bride to be! Gorgeous

The onsite products, made with Nitrodi water, are of excellent quality and worth taking home to extend the wellbeing benefits. Unexpected and beautiful place. Peaceful and relaxing, with miraculous water and breathtaking views. Healthy snacks and drinks. Laura was our tour guide, kind and competent, she explained the history of the place, the water properties and how to get the most benefits from it. A well kept secret, highly recommended.

About as authentic an experience as you can get! Really amazing place with history literally seeping out of the walls. Staff could be a bit more interested in what they're doing and show a bit of enthusiasm but the place speaks for itself.

The facilities are indeed ancient, like from the time of the cavemen. Though the prices are high, the personnel can't speak a word of english and isn't even friendly. They smoke right next to the smoke forbidden sign. The road there isn't good either. The Kneipp bath has quite a warm 'cold' part, no cold water in the shower either. And apart from the treatments there is nothing to do and nowhere to hide from the sun. Spend your money in other thermae. My wife tells me at least the mud was good, so one star for that.

Cavascura is a very interesting experience. They offer packages including masks and massages. We took the basic hot bath in a stone tub, which was very relaxing. The sauna cave was good as well. The place is very small, so it gets crowded quickly. When we visited, it was luckily nearly empty. We took a boat ride from San Angelo to get there. To return, you have to wait at a designated pickup spot at the beach. The waiting time was about 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can also walk from San Angelo.

Pro's: relaxed, nature, special place, friendly, exotic, some speak English Con's: bit expensive, certain thing are on a timer, small Went on a really hot and sunny day. Took the 35€ deal, that included a bath, Turkish sauna, full body clay and chair to relax on with a parasol. Had to wait about 20 minutes before a place was available (come on time if you don't want to wait a bit). Fruit drink with ice cost 5€, that is also fine. If you arrive in porto Ischia, buy a day bus ticket and take bus #5 that goes to Monsanti and exit at the final stop, you'll have to walk around 15 minutes via the beach, including a large steep part in order to reach the place. All in all, please visit this. Paying with card is possible. Internet is quite slow here.

Great spot! Very beautiful and quaint. Parked on the road and walked down the steps - couldn’t find a sign but just wander down the steps and you’ll find a sign at the bottom. Walk up to the restaurant to pay for the pools - 13.50 each for 1 hour. Three different pools over looking the beach. It was rainy but so nice and not crowded. Chatted with the other 2 people in the pool or could just rest. Monica and Samuel in the restaurant were kind and helpful and spoke basic English :) They provided towels for us but you have to ask. Changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and a sauna downstairs for free. We dried off in the restaurant and ordered an espresso. Thank you Monica and Samuel!

Amazing hidden oasis gem on a beautiful sandy beach. Very tranquil. Extremely helpful. Great food and good pricing. Large thermal pools,sauna and outdoor dinning. Service was exemplary - very customer focused.

A very quite and clean spa outside the buzz of the other ones more famous in Ischia. The lady was very friendly and polite and gave us freedom to choose spot and duration of our visit (in the end we stayed the whole day). She also attended all customers for lunch and food was really delicious! In the past there were more pools, now there are 3 and you are free to go back and forth to the sea right below the spa platform!

Wonderful stay at Idroterme Olympus. The people, the thermal pools, the meals all absolutely wonderful. It was early in the season, so the weather was cool and it was quiet but we enjoyed it all the same. A long walk on the beach or boardwalk and trail to S’ant Angelo is a nice way to spend an afternoon. Lots of restaurant choices for dinner along the beach.

Offering excellent tours and trips. We did the snorkeling to see archeological ruins and the biodiversity around Ischia Ponte. The guides were excellent- they have excellent knowledge and are eager to share it. Highly recommend if you are looking to learn more about Ischia.

Wonderful place! Don't let the casual, friendly feel or a little faded paint make you think anything isn't looked after. The staff is very well trained and the safety equipment is top on the line. I've visited similar facilities all over the world and this is one of the best I've seen. The staff was wonderful with my rambunctious, English speaking kid. He spent 2 hours in the trees with them and came back all smiles. I'm shocked they offer so much for so little cost. We'll definitely be back when we visit Ischia again.

I was at Ischia Adventure Park two weeks ago in July. It was super fun! I did the easy circuit, the two ziplines, and the Castello bridge. All of this with the help of the staff who were looking over us, encouraging us, and making sure we were safe all the time. All the circuits were well maintained and innovative. Everyone was super friendly, I specially enjoyed having Maria by my side, she was amazing, so professional yet kind and warm.

Went to La Pace early July 2024 and was amazing. Surreal feeling that you can only get there by boat and arrive to a fabulous atmosphere with a deserted island vibe. Your boat anchors and the restaurant’s taxi boat takes you to the dock. So fun! Food was amazing. Lots of incredibly fresh seafood, delicious pastas and great dessert. Prices were reasonable. Our best day of the trip was a boat charter with stop here for lunch. Run don’t walk!

We went on a Sunday with the Boat to this wonderful restaurant. They come to pick you up with a little small boat to bring you a shore. We enjoyed the food immensely I had tomatoe bruschetta and barbecued chicken. The chicken was from a good farm. My wife had the fried fish. We took a green salad and we shared a baba. We had the rosé wine and a bottle of water. €130. I honestly did not want to leave the view was mesmerising and the service was very kind and quick even though this was Sunday the busiest day of the week. Thank you very much.
