We booked this resort as a family with two small children and we were somewhat disappointed. The amount of pools they have does not allow for one single area for small children to safely swim or be in the water, also all of them are salty. The staff is friendly but not willing to go an extra mile, in the hotel restaurant you kindly but firmly get told off because you dare as hotel guests to spontaneously stay in for dinner and show up without reservation. Breakfast is low key and not with lot of care. Typical boring italian breakfast. The sea access also not kids friendly- so all in all only book this hotel if you are adults only and have no high expectations in hotellery and gastronomy. Locationwise it’s perfect, good spot to explore the island! Also great views!

Beautiful resort with great staff. The restaurants were both delicious. In particular, O’guarracino was fabulous! It was right on the ocean and very romantic. The bartender made the best drinks we had during our entire trip through Italy. The thermal pools are very relaxing and don’t leave without getting a massage.

Went for an afternoon there. The experience was alright but a bit pricey for half a day and the indoor changing rooms and facilities were really outdated . The location was great for us as we stayed in Ischia so it was easily accesible by bus. You do need to have a swiming cap to enter the pools. They also rent towels for a fee and if you want to do this, make sure to have 5 euros in cash per towel for the warranty - they give it back at the end.

I have visited the thermes here multiple times as my husband is from Ischia so we have a holiday house here. Such good value for money compared to other places. Staff are very helpful too. I have to mention the man working on the bar by the Olympic pool is so helpful, friendly and polite. Everytime we visit he is there and literally couldn't do more to help you. He listens to my awful attempts at speaking Italian, responds in English but never makes you feel stupid for trying to speak! You would pay £100+++ per person to visit somewhere like this in England and today we have two sunbeds by the large pools and the bar and have only paid around €50 for 2 people. Spectacular sea views as well. Well worth a trip!

Absolutely delicious food, with huge portions and very reasonable prices. We came here for lunch and dinner repeatedly. There are many vegetarian options including eggplant parmigiana, pomodoro pasta, caprese salads and many bruschettas. Pasta wasn’t handmade, but it was cooked perfectly in a delicious sauce. If you enjoy mussels, the portions are huge! My biggest recommendation is the Bruschetta con Faggioli. Espressos are solid and the dessert menu is extensive. The service is relaxed and very polite (we didn’t get an umbrella, just table service) - definitely recommend!

We had the bean bruschetta (came on two big slices of bread) and salads (which were dinner portions, not side portions). It's clean, there's beach seating, and the bread in the basket was actually really fresh and good! If you're in the area looking to chill and just want a snack, aperitivo, or a meal, I recommend coming here!
