Good place for spiritual retreat

I visited the complex during fasting (Ramadhan) and it was very quiet. Normally, it's packed with visitors. The religious site was under construction. The Sunan Giri tomb high up the hill. We hiked the steps. The Sunan's tomb is in a small wooden houses and covered. We can see it from between the cover. No picture allowed.

The first time I was here about 10 years ago. My family and I went together to the Makam Sunan in East Java. Generally called pilgrimage tourism (wisata ziarah) or spiritual tourism (wisata spiritual). I am grateful for the presence of Walisongo in Java. May Allah be pleased with them.

In there has 1 unique beggar which hitting big bowl with his cane to make some noise and after that he sing abok abok, it's quite interest for me hahaha. 1 more, I don't like people use horse, better use ojek motor to reach. poor horses, look at his muscles. He looks heavily, it's hurt me.

Historical muslim site in Java. One of Walisanga who spread Islam through Java and Indonesia. The cemetery was situated on uphill, so you have to follow the stairs. The main cemetery of Sunan Giri was surrounded by cemeteries of maybe his members of family and his students.

place at gresik kota baru residence, little waterpark with some playground. good for family time with kids in weeken or weekdays. open at 8.00 till 17.00. tickets about 40.000 weekdays and 50.000 weeken. it has enough space for parking. can not bring anyfood inside.

Nice place to spend time with the kids.. Nice design for the swimming pool and the area. But, there is some issues that need to look after, the swimming pool is dirty with some leaves and seems like the staff didn't care too much.. Also, there is no Wi-Fi connection to support the customers. Maybe suggestions for the management, customer is the source of the big income for this place, so it would be much appreciated if the customer can enjoy the internet while waiting the kids playing around.. So not only Wi-Fi for the staff.

affordable waterpark.. suitable for family recreation,, please add more parking area, and waiting rooms.. there are some gazebos that u can rent.. but many people need free ones haha.. facilities r good tho..

Nice place to swim. But sadly if you come around 15 pm, the slide isnt working and the staff is gone

One and only waterpark @ Gresik. The place has good facilities, slightly above average (for the food taste at its class) Restaurant. Gets very crowded at public holiday

When visiting the city of Gresik, Muslims should take the time to pray at the Jami Gresik Mosque, because it has an extraordinary history. Jami 'Gresik Mosque or Gresik Alun-Alun Mosque is one of the places of worship for Muslims that stands in Pekauman Village, Gresik District, Gresik Regency. This mosque was first established by Nyai Ageng Pinatih, who is the foster mother of Sunan Giri. This mosque has undergone a relocation of the building location from the hilly area of the port edge of Gresik Regency (Teluk Lamong) to the center of the economy and government which is now the location of the regency square. This newest location is also about three hundred meters from the tomb of Sunan Maulana Malik Ibrahim or known as Sunan Gresik.

Great masjid, everything seems in order. Nice community. I've been there for Maghrib and Subuh. Just next to Alun-Alun Gresik. I believe the leader inside main masjid lead to masjid tower, which previously used for adhan.

I love every inches of its architecture. Such a big and beautiful mosque in Gresik. I love the concept of those hanging lamps. So beautiful!

Need to improve the maintainance of it's facility & cleanlines

Some other activities in the back of of the Masjid Agung Gresik. One of them is for " Ling Tien Kung " Exercises.

The parking area very pleasant. The building very luxury, but cleaness of detail is very poor. Actually this is goid place for pray. Another things are good, only need big improvement in maintenance and cleaning service.
