Great place for a walk in nature, especially with dogs, but the paths & board-walks can be submerged in/after wet weather. Popular with bird watchers. It's possible to park & walk a way to enter Font Salada from the back, thus avoiding the difficulties parking near the Font which can get busy.

Note that if you cycle from Oliva, google takes you on a "via piste" (track) but part of the track at the top of the hill was washed away, you can get past but not the easiest route but worth the effort.
