Bad experience. We rented 2 bikes, mine was a T-Bird. Battery empty after 2 1/2 hours ride in the (low) mountains. Derailleur kicked through, when checking it i found a hook and a piece bungeecord tangled in the back hub. So the last hour was with zero battery and malfunctioning derailleur. Not cool. The owner could not care less, no apologies, no refund, no empathy. Nothing. Just bad luck for me. Two stars are for the other bike, that was OK.

We hired 3 e-bikes at Electric Move during our stay in the Vaucluse. We received great help, delivery and top of the line bikes. The Vaucluse is such a nice environment to experience by bike. I highly recommend ELECTRIC MOVE. Nice people and stellar service.

We bought two second-hand e-bikes from Electric Move. The look new and run great. We're very happy with them and the friendly service and assistance of Eric the owner who speaks excellent English. I feel quite French riding to our local boulangerie and putting baguettes into my basket! We hope to be able to go on a bike tour of the Luberon with one of his staff in the Spring.

Very friendly ebike rental which gave us excellent advice on our tour in the Luberon area! We have really enjoyed it! Unfortunately they gave us their weakest/non-sporty ebikes which is not so much fun! You can bike properly with such a thing. I RECOMMEND that you go for a more sporty ebike although it is a few euros more expensive - it is definitely worth it!

So helpful, friendly and accommodating. They outfitted our large group with bikes and everyone was happy! We will definitely be back.
