Well. Service is not everything, one might think. They have a couple of tables on the inside, but those were already set for a prebooked tour to take place an hour later… very little flexibility when inquiring for a place to sit to take a drink. The (excellent) drinks they serve could therefore only be consumed standing somewhere in the salesroom. When we placed our glasses on the counter, one of the associates complained about the water stains they left. Oh my. There’s poor cell coverage on the premises, so I tentatively looked for a wifi and “Störtebeker Guest” showed up… asking for the password, I have been told there was no wifi available. Ok. Card payment failed multiple times for several customers, but the sales associate made it clear this was b/c of how customers present their cards to the reader. I mean…
They have quite some nice liquors to sell and people seem knowledgable of mixing a decent cocktail, but the experience in terms of service was mediocre.
